This would be the 2nd one I bought of this same exact make and model. This bass has the range to hit anything with that extra B string all while staying in tune thanks to the on board Fishman tuner. Highly recommend.

I needed an acoustic bass, but nothing really expensive, and it needed to be a 5 string. This Ibanez fits perfect for what I needed. It plays great, sounds really good, and looks great as well. Being a 5 string made it even better! Great acoustic bass at a great price.

Nice acoustic bass. Is not heavy and the shape of the body is very comfortable. The sound is really good when the bass is connected to the amp and without being connected.

This guitar has made practice and songwriting effortless as I often dont jave the time plug into an amp and disturb the peace in the house. I have been playing guitar and bass for years and have longed for a good practice acoustic bass. This bass plays very well andbhas an awesome feel,The sound is out standing..No dissatisfaction here!!

My first acoustic bass and I like it. Sounds good and looks good. Lightweight yet solid. Only issue is fret buzz on some frets but otherwise very happy with this bass.

I was very happy to add an acoustic 5 to my stable. I really didn't want an Ibanez but got it anyway. The reviews weren't that great...I was pleasantly surprised. Sounds good. Set up was fine. Tone is good, Playability is fine. Great bass for the money. Wish it came with a case or bag.

Good, for the price. Had rough fret ends. Setup was terrible - neck out of adjustment, bridge had to be filed down to get action and intonation correct. But, once set up and fret ends filed, it plays and sounds great. If you don't know how to set up an acoustic, and don't want to pay someone else to set it up, pass this one by. But, with a little effort, this is a nice bass with a great sound.

Love the fit and finish. Met all my expectations. Sounds amazing unplugged as well plugin. For me, no adjustments were necessary. That's lower the action etc. Ibanez,thank you for this design with the fishman pickup system. Bass player for 30 years, I choose Ibanez.

Although the low B is a little weak acoustically the rest of the strings come through well. Plug it in and this thing comes into its own! I’ve never had so many people come up and tell me they loved the sound. I also play a Stingray 5 and a Rickenbacker 4001, I tend to expect great tone. Fit and finish is absolutely great! Don’t use the front strap button, too neck heavy. Use a quick release system behind the nut and it will balance just right. If you expect more from an acoustic bass at this price point, you are being unreasonable.
