Product Review If you’re wondering if this guitar can cover different styles of music as advertised it can! I definitely can’t go back to a standard three way switch after having all these tonal options. Setup wonderful from the factory. Pictures never give justice for how they actually look in person. Tuning stability is great. The titanium bridge is very responsive so it allows you to be expressive with it. Fret work was done nicely. Didn’t find any flaws on the two AZ models I’ve purchased from AMS. There is a reason why these are in high demand. Definitely would recommend picking one up!

Product Review So many professional guitar players choose this Ibanez Prestige AZ2402 and when you get your hands on one you know exactly why. Where to start?!? First off the Japanese craftsmanship on these guitars a second to none! Perfect execution in every way! Neck, body, frets, tremolo everything just fits together in joyful harmony to make for an awesome axe that practically plays itself. Stainless steel frets will last a life-time and pickups offer a wide array of tone arsenal. If you need just one axe in your collection i would recommend this for sure. Its worthy of calling it your #1 if you are a shredder, prog, or jazz player. This guitar is for everyone!

Still figuring out all the sounds available with the configurations they give. Totally recommend this guitar , Ibanez has knocked it thru the roof with this model!! Tremolo is outstanding never lose tune again after doing any trem thing .

Product Review Amazing! It’s a crazy good guitar. The sound of pickup at 1,4 makes me cry. It sounds extremely fat and makes you think you are grabbing a bass sometimes when you play with low E. TBH, I am going to have it forever.

Product Review I have been obsessed with this instrument since I received it. I have been playing mainly my seven string guitar the past two years and have been craving a super strat and this is the one I landed on. I had some slight apprehensions when lookin at reviews on YouTube and the like after I had heard some complaints about the tuning having a tendency to wander a bit. My experience has been that it stays in tune great, even with moderate use of the trem. Feels and sounds amazing.

Product Review After months of searching for my next guitar I finally settled on the Ibanez Prestige AZ series. As a lifelong strat player, my goal was to find a guitar that married modern features with classic American Strat-like qualities. The obvious choice might be the modern Suhr series, but the pricing on those was too high for me to even entertain exploring. The Ibanez Prestige AZ2402 is the perfect rendition of the featuree I was looking for and after 3 weeks of playing, I could not be happier with this purchase. I was able to secure the guitar for a few hundred less than new, as it was labelled as "minor blemish" on the AMS site. I immediately jumped on it and am ecstatic that I did so. To this day 3 weeks later, I cannot tell what the "blemish" could be. This thing looks, feels, plays and sounds like a brand new guitar. Out of the box the guitar was set up and only just slightly flat of tune. To meet my preference, some minor adjustments were made to the neck and bridge, but the 20 minutes or so that it took to slap some fresh strings on and make the measurements was well worth it. I have even had to do this on product that was brand new before, so I could not even attribute this to the "minor blemish" label. Th pickups are amazing. The coil switch mechanisms are great for added versatility, but the standard humbuckers are excellent and the guitar should still be considered even if you do not plan to use the switching system. The neck is super creamy and clear as a bell, while the bridge is just hot enough for metal and crystal clear enough to jangle some clean chords. The bridge is very solid with comfortable saddles and screams top quality. Tuning stability has not been any sort of issue, even with the use of the bar. I am not an extreme whammy bar user, but I did do some tests on deep dives and the guitar tuning needed no adjustment afterwards. In fact, since I changed the strings and did the setup on the second day, the guitar has not gone out of tune at all. I will highlight that the neck is way thicker than what I was anticipating, but in a few hours I was right at home with the feel. I have played many wizard necks and it simply was not what I was looking for, being accustomed to chunkier modern strat necks. The AZ neck is big, chunkier than the strat but I am now in love with it and this guitar has become my go to #1. Definitely recommend even at the full new price. This same guitar made in the US with all the exact same appointments would cost in excess of 4K. Great Guitar!

Product Review I set the action to 2/64th of an inch on the high e 12th fret. I didnt need to make any truss rod adjustments. That is a first. Goes to show how stable the neck really is. It played amazingly well. I couldnt stop playing the utter hell out of it. Just a complete joy to shred this thing to pieces. Had some difficulty keeping it in tune but had i lubricated the nut it probably wouldve helped. The trem was responsive and a joy. Idk how they got the guitar to feel like a les paul but they succeeded. Even though it has a fender scale length the strings felt slinky like a les paul scale length. This made bends super easy and vocal. That combined with the slick ss frets its just so smooth and fun.The pickups are damn good. Oddly perfect. So perfect theyre almost without a distinctive trait cause theyre just so balanced. But After feeling them out i grew to really love them though quite a lot. The neck carve paired with it being 1 mm more narrow at the nut give this thing a really special vibe and feel. It begs to be played. It plays as well as 2 j. Customs i owned and the best ibanez i ever played or owned;RG3520Z. I wound up sending mine back due to an issue with 1 fret. But it was a b stock item and had i inquired probably wouldve been told about it. AMS very promptly accepted my return. Even paid for the return lable. I look forward to getting another one from AMS again soon.

Product Review My first real experience with an Ibanez & I have to say I’m really impressed! The neck is an extremely comfortable C shape, the baked maple looks killer & the fretwork is top notch. This guitar is extremely versatile obviously it does humbucker Rock n’ Roll but the split coil Strat tones are great! Maybe the best coil taps I’ve heard. Anyway it’s just a great all around guitar I think anyone would be more than happy with it & it’s a bargain at this price point.

Product Review Awesome guitar!!! As a owner of many Ibanez guitars through the years since the original rg550 came out my tastes in guitar necks has changed a few times. This is one of the most comfortable necks I have played, deff not the old wizard neck at all.
