Product Rating Product Review I've had this guitar for about a month and it is by far the best 7-string I have ever owned. Really love the killswitch. The EMG's sound perfect for metal and also clean stuff. Stays in tune forever and that's because of the bridge in this guitar.

Product Review This guitar is super light weight and sounds amazing the only thing about this guitar that needs work is it’s top heavy.

Product Review Guitar plays amazing. I had it professionally set up for Drop F tuning and I’ve never played a better instrument. I use the killswitch in live settings instead of relying on a super tight noise gate and it works great! 5/5 Ibanez, great job.

Product Review It’s a great looking guitar, the neck is fast and the hardware is top-notch. I have one complaint, which is why it only gets 4 stars. Drumroll.... the pickups are muddy and not what I expected form EMG. They are noise, and they sound muddy. The clean tones are pretty awesome but the gain sounds are lacking. Also, there’s a killswitch that I see no need for. They have pedals that do strobe effects and if you bought this guitar, as I did, I’m sure you have a decent Noise-Gate. If you don’t you should. The tuning machines are brilliant and the frets are decent. I took some steel-wool and taped it off and it worked like a charm. All in all, it’s a great looking guitar and worth the money if you want a 7 string strat-style metal monster. I have a Mesa Boogie Triple Rectifier that I run it through along with a large pedalboard. I have a stowaway buffer (Mesa Boogie) that helps maintain my tone and it does it tremendously well. I hope this helps. SamuelP
