Product Rating Product Review I'm not usually one to buy online but I'm in a location now that it's really my only option. I have been looking for a semi hollow body for almost a year now and but I don't live in a climate that makes sense to have a $3500 335. I wanted to stay around the 1k mark. I traveled to Miami and tried every semi they had at the music stores I visited. Not one caught my ear(acoustic) so I went home with strings. I continued my search and just happened to find a used AS153 in my local mom and pop shop and it totally blew me away. They were asking retail for a very lightly used guitar. So, I decided that I would go online and bite the bullet. Unboxing The case is high quality and arrived intact. I unwrapped the new boo. I immediately began to inspect every inch of her hoping to find some horrible blemish to give me an excuse to return it and validate my fears of purchasing guitars online. Not. One. No blemishes. No nothing. Unplugged I played it Unplugged to get an idea of the tone. Sings. Craftsmanship is truly outstanding. THE ATTENTION TO THE FRETWORK IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Seriously. This thing just has "it". Electrified I played it for 3 hours. I play through a Quilter Cub and it was singing. Took it to rehearsal and I kept falling deeper for it. Played it at a gig and it nails that blues tone that I've been after. Pickups sound great and the neck pickup switch makes it versatile. Mellow semi body warmth oozing out of the beautifully bound f holes. Conclusion I am so happy with this guitar that I feel bad playing it in front of my other guitars lol. Beautiful finish. Very playable. My only gripe is the electronics. Rolling off the volume knobs is basically an on/off with little volume change within a slight knob turn. I have a history of upgrading guitars... so it's not a deal breaker. This guitar plays and feels like it's worth 2500 dollars more. I love it!

Product Review I purchased this guitar in July 2020. I was looking for a good quality ES335 style semi-hollow that was moderately priced for playing blues and jazz. The JSM10 definitely meets that expectation. American Musical Supply processed my order and shipped it quickly. The guitar needed a setup that I was able to do by adjusting the truss rod and setting the intonation. The flamed maple body looks great and the finish is high quality. The neck is substantial but is easy enough to play. The guitar sounds great. The pickups are bright. I don't use the tri-tone switch for the neck pickup and feel that it is an unnecessary feature. The only negatives about this guitar are that it is heavy (8.5 to 9 pounds) and the tuners are not the best quality. The tuner for the G string doesn't operate smoothly. I wrote Ibanez customer service about it and never even got a response.

Product Review As soon as I got it. I tuned it up and started recording guitars. Easy to use. Clean sounding. I recorded two songs first night and wrote two new pieces of music I will be using on future records. There is nothing better in a musicians life to have an instrument that inspires you to create and play. Sounds good. Performs awesomely. It doesn’t get better than that. Thank you Ibanez and AMS.

Product Review I own High end PRS, Gibson, USA ???? Stratocaster etc. but this one right here speaks volumes of what quality on a consistent measure means. Ibanez can complete with all the manufacturers I mentioned above In this price range and beat each of them out and would out do many of their models priced more with ease hands down. Purchased this so I wouldn’t have to take out my $4400 PRS but this thing stays in my hands enjoy playing this more than my PRS McCartney “FACT” the tone from the pick ups are useable may not have that ultimate quack from the hum buckers but everyone not looking for that. It has a fat neck and I have small fingers but still I enjoy playing it “WOW” the set up out the box is great but set it to my liking you can do yourself no tech needed. Looks aren’t everything but this thing made me gasp ?? when I opened the case BEAUTIFUL!!! Just get one, you will not be disappointed I promise ??????????

Product Review Ever wonder how famed jazz guitarist John Scofield shaped his amazing tone? It was partly due to his trusted Ibanez. The Ibanez JSM10, an amazing versatile instrument that fits well in just about any style of music. It has a mahogany/maple set in neck, two Super 58 custom pickups with a tri-sound switch for the neck pickup that allows you to select a humbucker in series or parallel, (coil-tapping for a single coil type sound). An ART1 bridge for better sustain and tuning stability. All with a nice Ibanez hardshell case. A great guitar, for a great price.

Product Review Now that I've had this guitar for a month I can review it with some accuracy. First off it's good to know this is a quality guitar. It feels well made and very small details have been checked. That being said the one factor you need to know is this guitar has a fat neck. I'm talking 1959 Gibson 335 baseball size neck. It's a handful and yet after playing it for a day or so it seems perfectly fine and easy to get around on. The pickups are very lively. Bright and toneful. The body has a nice vibration when the volume is pushed a bit. I can tell in a few years this baby is going to be sweet. Fit and finish are beautiful. 12 inch radius means you can lower the action and it won't fret out. The other parts are first class. It stays in tune beautifully and can be sweet or growl depending how you set your amp. The tri sonic switch is ok. I don't use it but others might. This is a top quality guitar and worth every dollar.
