Very well-made case and well thought out with TSA locks. Fits my Ibanez SoundGear bass with ample storage pockets. Perfect for travel.
I never use a gig bag for traveling/gigs. False sense of security - it seems protected (from scratches) but does not protect against impact. In a gig bag you can still snap the neck (seen it happen) or shear off knobs or tuners.
Always use a hard case like this one.

I have 3 of these and they are specifically designed for Ibanez SR series basses. Mine are different models and years. The perfect fit! Plush inside and solid on the outside. Latches are ABS plastic. That's the only reason I'm giving it a 4. Just got all of them this year. I'm sure they'll hold up, though. Catch them while they're $40 off. Either way, a wise investment.

Really nice, sturdy case. Very secure latches and plenty of extra space inside to carry strings, straps, etc. Purchased used but I have yet to find a single blemish. Very satisfied :)

I bought an Ibanez SRF700 bass from AMS about a month ago and I wanted a hard shell case for it. The MB300C is lightweight with excellent padding, the bass fits securely with no movement, and it seems to be solid and well made. The two halves close perfectly, the latches line up like they should, and the handle is located right balance-wise. Some people don't like that the interior storage areas don't have covers so what you put in them doesn't stay put, but the only thing I put in my cases are my basses. I have a gig bag for cables, straps, tuners, etc., so I just have to grab a couple of basses for a gig and not worry if there's a strap or a cable in it. No regrets on this purchase!

Quality construction that looks amazing!. My SR2600 fits perfect. Couple of storage slots and a lock nice features. Only downside was my long scale bass would not fit.

These cases are the Best Bass Cases for the money or $50 more. Seriously, if you have a Soundgear SR series bass, you need one of these cases. They are tuff, and If you ever see a scuff or dink, just think, that would neon my bass. I have 4 SR basses and each one is in this case. On tour or playing local gig, you still need to transport your bass and in the past I have had basses in their brand case damaged. These cases are form fitted for Soundgear basses with plush interior and more than tough exterior with TSA latches, quick to open easy close. You know your bass is secure, these latches will not come open unless You open them. Great quality reasonable price. Form fitted for SR basses easy choice for sure.

This is a very nice case BUT it does not fit the guitar I bought it for on the recommendation from an AMS agent! I bought the Ibanez 6 string Crossover bass and it DOES NOT fit!!!

I own an SR bass from 1995 and it fits perfectly in this case. It will also hold New SR models as well.
