Love this case! Durable on the outside, elegant on the inside with extra shaping pads to accommodate all sorts of bass shapes, plush interior with great protection. I feel safe carrying my bass to play and know when I open it my eyes are pleased as well!

Includes padded inserts to accomodate various models of guitars. Only concern is the screws that attach the handle had obvious visible corrosion. Not a deal breaker for me.

Fits my 5 string Ibanez like a glove! It's nice that it can be adjusted to fit most of Ibanez's basses, too. Feels like I could throw it off a building and it would survive, but I'm not testing that theory!

this case is one tough mother... i triped and fell on it. and im a big dude (6'4" 250) with the bass in it.. didnt make a dint in it. inside it very smooth and nice and love how it comes with the block to stabilize any model you own. ive had it now for 2 months and i love it

Great guitar case. I use it to carry by bass and it provides a safe, secure and easy way to transport my instrument. The carrying handle is offset allowing the case to be balanced as I’m carrying it- genius!

This is an incredible case that is worth the extra money if your bass is one of the models it is designed to fit. Bass is very secure and this would be a good travel case. One potential draw back is that there is not much extra room in the case for things like a very wide strap or long chords but the extra padding and tight fit for the bass is worth carrying accessories and pedals in a gig bag.

I just bought the Ibanez BTB747 7-string bass from here also. I wanted it protected well, even if just staying here at home studio. I've generally always kept my basses in hard cases. Let me simply say this case is the finest I've had for a bass to date, and that's a lot of years and a lot of basses. The latches are superb, really lock in, the padding and shaping inside is just right, and with extra removable pads to boot. It feels sturdy and rugged. Really nice!

The case certainly seems protective, but I’m thinking I should have bought one level down. In the effort to make their top end case fit many basses, they sacrificed stability - too many moving parts inside that tend to come loose when taking the bass out - and storage space. There is none. All in all, a bit of a kludge.

I was given a beautiful custom bass by a legendary bassist. It set with pride in my Los Angeles living room for over a year. Realizing that it was getting dusty, I had to give it a proper case and this case FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. Plush and supportive, this case nestles my gift like a mother would hold her newborn. The accessories make it great for accommodating a 4 or 5 string bass.

This Ibanez bass case is perfect for my Ibanez SRFF805 bass guitar. The TSA lock is a struggle, maybe it needs W40 or with time it will be smoother to lock and unlock.

This is a well designed and constructed case, adaptable for many of the different Ibanez basses. It has 4 body pads and a reversible neck pad which are positioned to secure the various basses. The neck pad has one side for 5- and 6- string basses, but I found my BTB 6-string fit better without the neck pad at all. The flaw - there is not a pocket big enough to accommodate a bass-sized strap.

Top notch products at AMS as long as they offer payment plans I will be a customer for life. I is made super tough. It will accommodate a 4,5,6, or 7 string bass because of the removable slots inside. I purchased this case for my 7 string bass.
