I’ve been playing on 7 strings for years by various companies and Ibanez happened to be one of them. This model most definitely met my expectations, especially at the price range. It came flawless and the action close to where I normally set mine. The neck is fast and really comfortable, leads and cording are nearly too easy. The pickups are really clean and balanced and every note shines through like a bell. When you use distortion, it shines. It does not sound muddy and muffled as some other competitiors do at this price range. You really are getting a high quality well made guitar when you get this model. Go try one and you will see what I mean!

I already love this guitar and no just got it. It is a phenomenal 7 string for any metal player. I went to this from a Schecter C-7 FR S and even though it's a smaller scale it feels so much easier to play. I have extremely hard hands so that's why I'm suprised. The pickups are almost violent at times, and the bridge is so smooth it's easy to forget how little pressure it takes to move compared to a Floyd Rose. I heavily recommend this for anyone branching into shred/metal of any kind as well as experienced players alike. I can't wait to play this beast on stage!!!
