Product Review I absolutely love this bass. My hand glides across the maple fretboard. The 32 inch scale is a perfect size. The sea foam green color gets plenty of comments. This is my new favorite bass. This is a steal. It sounds, looks and feels amazing.

Product Review Right out of the box, this bass needed some adjustments. The strings were fretting out, and it wasn’t even playable. That’s why I’m deducting a star. Once I made a few adjustments, it plays fine. The frets are nice. I really like this configuration, with a Precision style neck pickup and a Jazz bridge pickup. It’s a versatile combination. This bass sounds great! The 32” scale slim tapered neck is easy to play. This bass is a fantastic value! Just be prepared to spend a little time setting it up, or take it to a shop that can set it up for you.

Product Review It was set up right out of the box! plays well and looks absolutely stunning! The convenient controls, the smooth satin finished neck and the paint is gorgeous. The smooth playability and fantastic sound through my Fender Rumble 100 exceeds all my expectations happily. Thank ou ibanez for putting such a great instrument in the hands of a beginner. I have played six string guitar since i was 9 years old (I am 63 now) and am now on my journey to learn both bass and music. This will ultimately help all my music playing. Ibanez makes such great products I am really grateful. Thank you Ibane and AMS!

Product Review Wasn't expecting it to be so good. I like it better than my Schecter Stiletto Stealth. It's a great bass for beginner and advanced players.

Product Review Like most Ibanez basses, this model is very easy to play. The neck feels perfect in the hand, the satin finish presents no barriers and the 1.5” nut is narrow and makes for easy fingering at first through fourth position. The body finish looks great too and the P/J pickup configuration and active electronics give a nice wide tonal palette. Definitely recommended.

Product Review Purchased this bass for my wife because she expressed interest in learning bass. Her hands are a little on the smaller side so we decided to go with this short-scale bass. She is on it all the time now! Absolutely loves it. After trying it out myself, I can see why. Plays very well and has a pretty fast neck. Sounds fantastic, especially for the price. Highly recommend this bass.

Product Review I have been looking for an affordable medium scale bass and Ibanez delivered! The active electronics let you dial in a variety of different tones with ease. I was pleasantly surprised by the playability of the neck. Great bass for $300!!

Product Review I absolutely love this bass.... I've played guitar for a few years now, and figured a bass might be fun.... the scale makes it a nice fit.... not really long... but not a micro either.... in the short time I have had it I have zero complaints.... while I'm still a guitar player.... I LOVE THIS BASS!!!

Product Review It was with great anticipation that I first saw that Ibanez had started making a 32" scale bass. Upon seeing these, I had to try one out. Ordered one and once it arrived, I set it up to my liking with new strings and a bit of neck adjustment to eliminate some fret buzz. Not too much effort to make it playable was needed. Now the gig test! I used it on two gigs to really see what it could do. The pickups in this little guy are quite hot with way too much brightness. I had to roll the active highs completely off and attempt to add just a touch of the lows to get an almost usable sound (with a lot of outboard EQ help}. Adding lows on the bass itself only gave me a distorted muddy sound. One of the "selling points" of this bass is that it is "fun to play". personally I wasn't having much fun fighting the bass to get a good sound! The neck is very thin and takes some getting used to. On the plus side, very lightweight bass! It is usable 'as is" but with a lot of EQ help.
