I must say when researching these lil guys i beleived they were good but i didnt expect nowhere near what i got out of these monitors .they sound almost like 8inch monitors with a little less low end but they are awesome . A must buy if u are looking for compact big sound these are it.and thanks to ams i was able to get them on a payment plan along with all the other gear i need .

These are great for what they are/cost. Only real complaint is the Bluetooth connection is not great (drops ever now and then) but other than that can't complain. I use mostly as media playback.

Just as the title said, these things blew me away. I spent some time researching and looking for a pie of studio monitors that were compact and sounded good, and for the price, I believe that I found them. They sound generally flat even without calibration, with a good amount of base and clear mids & highs. Bluetooth worked well with all devices that I tested. And they get incredibly loud, so pound that I still haven’t gone over 70% max volume yet! Great product that I can easily recommend for those who need portable monitors or have limited desk space.

These studio monitors will blow you away. The Bass sound that emanates from these compact monitors, you will feel in your chest. Strong, Powerful and sleek is a great way to sum these up! I opened the box and saw how small they were , must admit I had my doubts . Once i hooked them up and ran a series of test's on these lil critter's I was astonished by the quality of the sound.Instantly fell in love with my Mini's they are magical,easy & quick to set up.They fit my little studio perfect ! I highly recommend these to any one !! A big Thumb's up to IK multimedia .

you wont be dissapointed with these!
Wow I was sceptical after opening the box, but wow to my surprise! nice bass and clear highs who said size matters!
the bluetooth function is very cool to for others to connect easily! no worries on this pair, put your yellow cones away! and have room for another deck.

I've owned KRK, Presonus, JBL reference monitors in the past and these are absolutely the best monitors I have ever heard or owned in such a compact size. WOW! Mind blown! They are adjustable and offer multiple connection options.

I was about to buy something else but then my friend showed me these and I was sold the sound is amazing and for recording on the road a godsend. I went with the white just for a little pop for creativity and the carry bag makes it all easy to go. Not shper heavy small but very quality. This are a must for the price!! Very surprising!

So for the past two years I've been working from home and needed some midget monitors that didn't disturb my grandmother downstairs while she watches her talk shows! At first I was a little skeptical because these were IK's first monitors, but for the price hey it was worth a shot! Man did I feel like a bozzo, incredible low end for their size, well built for traveling, cool kick stand feet to help their placement, and suprisingly detailed. I've come across several veteran engineers with these set up in their home and mobile rig. They also are great to use as theatre speakers. That says a lot because as you know we rely on monitors to translate without a hitch, and these do a pretty good job to take care of audio business! For $300 you can't go wrong, I guess the guys at IK Multimedia really pushed the envelope to make a really quality pair of speakers for the entry level and seasoned professional. Lastly you can tweak the eq settings located in the back to adjust to your room!!!!!

I made the purchase when I saw these on sale for $199. I had heard all the raves and figured it was worth a try. Mixing for distribution to a multitude of listeners is such a crap shoot. Anything that can help is welcome.
When I received the monitors I could not believe how light weight and plasticy they felt. They reminded me of the free speakers that are often included for free with a modest computer system. Plastic junk.
The sound was a different story. These monitors have a more balanced presentation than my Neumann KH120's. I still second and triple guess myself when mixing down but that's just me. Sit with your monitors as far away from all walls and mix at a low volume and your mixes will translate pretty well.

I decided to give these a shot when making a smaller rig for mixing at home. I have a large and accurate rig at my studio, but wanted to be able to work when I can't get out there. These speakers are SHOCKINGLY good. Paired with ik multimedias ARC program, I have no issues dialing in a mix. I'm confident in my mix decisions, even in the sub range. Highly recommended.

The jury is still out for me. I love everything Ikmultimedia. That's way when I have the opportunity get them I was more than happy. iLouds are loud. But are bit too high med ranging for what I was hoping for. I am still tweaking them. Finding that place for them in my studio. But I won't give up hope. I love the iKmultimedia brand. So I am sure I will find the sweet spot. I have experienced some crackling in the slave speaker at times. I was about to return them. Just decided keep them. I am certain that the they are great for others in their studios. IK, keep doing what you do.

When I saw these little things, I thought "no way." Still, I needed a set of portable monitors. OMG! I was shocked by the sound. The iLouds are transparent and you can get surgical with them...And yes, they thump way more than you'd ever believe possible. The bass is proportionate and not over-hyped. Mids up front and clear. Treble clear and not brittle.
They are not loud, but let's be clear, mixing happens best at "conversational volume." That said, they are really good for mixing. You won't scrap your Focals or Genelecs, but you will make solid, translatable mixes with these little things.

These are some of the best sounding monitors that I've heard. Don't let the small size fool you. The sound produced simply spot on. Bass frequencies are perfect. I would love to pair these with a sub with the same footprint. They are worth every penny.

Pretty much these are what I was looking for from the get go. I needed a good set of monitors for mixing on the go. Yes they are considered reference monitors, but they deliver such a clear image of audio. Being portable is a huge plus to these as well. That being said if you're looking for a affordable pair of reference speakers these are a good go too!

I didn't expect them to be so accurate. I own dynaudios and bought these for mobile use. Couldn't believe the definition and girth of the imaging coming from them. All references sound true. Punchy! They are now a part of my studio.
