I love these monitors. Had thw 308s in the past and loved them also. I recently tried the krk5's...smh they sounded so muddy in low end. I took them back and immediately ordered these. These are wonderful for mixing and producing. It has really solid low end that sounds clear and not muddy. The mids and highs are great also but for me the seller is the clear lows it produces. Great if u don't have a sub. Really can't recommend these enough

Got these just trying to go up a couple sizes from my old monitors I'd been using for awhile. This looked like what I needed and the price looked good for the size, and also the name brand speaks for itself. I was more than pleased when I hooked these bad boys up! Only turned em up to about halfway, and let me tell you: these babies bump!! Great value for what you get and especially if you're in a home studio setting!! I am super-satisfied with my purchase and I plan to bump these mojos til the tweeters fall out!! Highly, highly recommended!!

These monitors are the best! Very clean lows (handles hip hop bass well) and crisp highs but are very true to the sound reproduced. I've had them for about 3 weeks in my video/music production studio and what a difference they've made in my audio! Definitely exceeds my expectations.

I was skeptical about getting these at this price point. I was looking for something around 150 per monitor. I also looked at the Kali Audio and went with these instead. I am very pleased with the way they sound. Just make sure you do get monitor isolation pads, you'll definitely need them if you don't want any rumbling sounds on your monitor stands. I really like the sound, so far so good. They are also light and not as heavy as my HS8's. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 is cause of the quality build, but are also good at this price point for being JBL's! They are currently on sale so get a pair! won't disappoint

I was in the first wave to pre-order a pair of these big boys before they were on the shelves. They compliment my overall studio look really well! Not only that but they sound amazing. The quality that I got was beyond my expectations. The only con I have is that the gloss will lightly collect dust. But other than that I would definitely opt for these again.

Bought two of these for my home studio and I have no regrets. My highs are nice and flat and the bass is just right but can both be adjusted for your setup. Plus if you buy the kit it'll give you everything you need to do what you want and more. I love the monitors.

These are my first set of studio monitors. I've been cheating myself for years. The sound quality is immensely better than any bluetooth speaker I have. I've been doing music production as a hobby and just didn't want to make a significant investment. This is reasonably priced and I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

The 300 series JBL monitors are by far some of the clearest sounding studio monitors I have heard in a long time. I Paired them with the LSR310S sub and can't be happier. The Nanopatch volume control unit does not introduce any noise into the system. The quality of the cables and the on-stage monitor stands were surprisingly excellent quality. Highly recommended in its price range.

Ok.. I original purchased the behringer ms40. I wasn't happy with them..but I was gonna keep them as a 2nd reference. While surfing AMS..I noticed the JBL306 were on sale for $119.00. The JBL305 are listed at $149.00. Everyone knows JBL has a clean rich flat sound... so I sent my ms40(186.00) back to AMS...and got a set of these JBL306 for roughly around $30.00 more than the Ms40. And got more speaker for my money than the JBL305... Thanks AMS!!!

Upgraded from the MKI series, not much difference in sound in my opinion however they seem to be better built and have a 6" option now which is nice, the 6" just adds a little extra oomph in the low end for hip hop, trap and edm producers, but not much. The sound from these are the best you're gonna get in the 200 to 300 per speaker price range.
These were a nice upgrade and come highly recommended from me.

I have used JBL monitors for over 10 years in my studio and I can assure you these are worth every penny. You can't beat the price vs performance. Very clear and punchy sound with enough clarity for any audio engineer, not to mention they are very stylish as well. I have had numerous clients and other engineers tell me how much they like the sound from these and are floored when I tell them the price. JBL has always made great speakers and these are no exception. Bang for your Buck in a very big way.

These studio monitors reproduce sound with amazing accuracy. Lots of deep bass and smooth highs. You can hear subtle sounds, even in a very dense mix. These powered monitors get louder than you will need them to. The enclosures are a bit fragile, but acceptable.

Before reviewing this product, I have to say that your audio interface MATTERS! I fixed a lot of my mixes using these monitors with the M-Audio M-Track interface (that I’ve had for way too long). I thought my mixes were decent. But then I ordered the Komplete 6 interface. Mind. Blown. My mixes sucked, lol. Now I gotta go back to fix them. Not only that but I listened to a few reference tracks and could hear clear panning. I have these speakers set to max and there’s no distortion. It’s always clear! Quality sound out of these bad boys!
