Others have called me a "cork sniffer" when it comes to tone, so when I took the plunge on the Kemper, they were surprised. After a recent flood, I became worried that my vintage amp tone could be destroyed in another disaster - enter the Profiler...I will now have a library of MY amp tones that will outlive me.
I won't repeat what everyone else has said a million times, but I will add my voice to the chorus of praises for this thing. Find a way to try it out, you'll become a believer.

This unit has made it a breeze to work between recording studios. I can record in my small apartment studio without disturbing the neighbors and without sacrificing the tone. This Kemper is paying for itself with every little recording session I do and also thanks in part to the great AMS payment plan.

I have play multiple tubed amps for years and I was never fully in love with the tone. Until I discovered the kemper. The possibilities for tones are endless. 100% recommend this for any touring musician, studio/home studio, or just to have as a practice amp.

This is the perfect compact studio/stage rig. The power amp is super loud and clean - keeps up with tube amps in a live situation. I can now throw my entire amp/effects rig on my shoulder.

Awesome product and amazing versatility! Read the manual! If you want to use a real guitar cab you have to change settings to turn off the cab sim or it will sound bad. Super easy though. Any negative reviews I’ve seen all seem to be user error. Just like any other piece of equipment you can make it sound bad. This is a serious piece of equipment that takes time to learn, not like hooking up an amp and just playing with a three band eq. Take your time and enjoy all the tones you could ever want!

So far after a month with the Kemper I can say no tone is impossible to capture. The options are endless and it works great with any pedal you'd like to add. I have been a touring musician since I was 19 and this will be going on the road with me from now on. I can clone any of my tube amps and save them from possible wear and tear on the road. Even though this thing isn't chea, it will save a lot of money in the end.

It’s pretty expensive, but definitely worth it. My neighbors always complain about everything so I decided to buy a kemper to record at lower levels and it’s been great. The stock profiles aren’t that great, so I recommend getting profiles from tonecrate because they sound amazing.
