Very well built stand. Just looking at the photos it looks like a typical A frame, but it is much higher quality then the economy brands. The stand locks in place whether closed or open and even has an adjustable width. The locking mechanism is push button.
The cork is high quality and holds an instrument securely. The instrument does not slide around on the cork.
Holds my acoustic perfectly but also works just fine for my Precision Bass.
Safe for Nitro/ lacquer finished? instruments.
