I Love this board, and I love the hands on on deck to quicly midify a sound.
Prince keyboard sounds are tricky, The brass sounds and pads are on point, litlle tweaking and Im there. The patch 1999
sounds great!! Big, thick and warm!! The board has been a great addition to my keyboard arsenal, to help me cover the great sounding Keyboard parts of the man himself “Prince”

Absolutely Love this King Korg. Always been a big Korg fan, but I knew I had to own this one. So happy I got one from AMS. This synth never fails to surprise me with the capabilities it has to create new sounds and riffs. From Bass lines to Lead synth, this is my now Go To synth as my lead instrument. I Love It !!!!

This synth strikes the PERFECT balance between portability, versatility, and programmability. The preset banks make patch navigation simple and straightforward. The oscillators, filters, amp and envelope controls are standing by for tweaking, and the effects are right at your fingertips! I’ve always used a Roland XP30 to meet the “portability” objective, but it was not quite as “versatile” or “programmable” as I would have liked. The Korg KINGKORG will definitely be a part of my rig for many years to come.

I purchased this synth as a learning keyboard while I completed some online music courses. It has been exactly what I need! What I love most is that while there are some more advanced features to the keyboard, it is also simple enough that I was able to practice it right out of the box!

This synth is becoming the workhorse of my production setup and I can’t wait to see where it can take me. I love its vacuum tube/valve’s light distortion and the intuitive layout makes it easy to start making a new patch despite the menu diving to make more complex changes.

I orginally had a Korg Krome.. Was like dealing with a computer..Way too difficult to use for live shows. Had nowhere to link your favorites for quick recall.
I then bought the Korg Kross. Was a little cheesey but worked quite well... I then bought the Korg Kingkorg thinking it would be a step above the Korg Kross.
Yet the Kingkorg is mostly just for synth. It lacks SD card input, sequencing and drum beats.. it actually is a little shy on available patches from the factory.. 200.
It is not for a novice. A bit complex in knowing how to use different filters to make certain sounds..
But in combination with the Korg Kross it might be a bit of help.. yet there is a redundancy in having both.
It actually has a good sound though. Make sure you have a reg keyboard with some synth on it also... Don't just rely on the kingkorg for a full night out alone.

I have wanted a Korg synthesizer for a really long time. I am an older musician that doesn't get into the latest tech equipment. I just want great classic tones to work with. I am impressed with the way the tube drive really adds some mojo to your performance.This keyboard is great in the studio or out performing. Korg put a lot of thought into this product. I gave it four stars because I believe in a while you will need to replace the tube but it is still a good board IMO.Thanks to AMS payment plans it is a good buy. I love it !

I play guitar. I purchased my KingKORG for tracking after watching several YouTube videos. It's very HI-FI and easy to adjust. Someone put alot of thought into this. The tube overdrive has a nice growl. The bass and treble controls mean business. Great programs, chorus, echo, reverb. I get comments on the gold panel.
