If you have MIDI piano and you are using software from your computer for sounds this is a must buy. It’s a easy hookup and it allows you to Adjust sounds volume on this pad. Works very nice it comes with a USB chord already.

If you are looking for a quick and inexpensive way to move around your DAW, look no further. This DAW control surface is amazing helps with cycling, making markers, and doing essential functions like play, stop and record. It even lets you move your tracker by bar. There are 8 faders, each with their own mute, solo and record button. This is perfect for the crowded or small studio space. Easy plug and play ability.
The only downside doesn’t have a punch feature for dubs but that’s just an easy shortcut.

This piece of hardware is Absolutely Wonderful to use with a workstation. When used with mainstage it is just as effective as a midi keyboard. I wish it could be used with all apps on IOS, that would be a dream come true....

Im a keyboardist for a church that doesn’t have a bass player so I play key bass along with the keyboard. I use mainstage and boy has this been a life saver! Thanks to AMS- they were able to ship this bad boy to me FAST! Highly recommended.

This little guy is a great thing for any producer/ live audio / lightning and many other uses virtually any usb midi use u can think of this is a great controller for it.
It’s got multiple faders/ knobs and tons of buttons and is very responsive
I use it with xr-12 mixers, adj mydmx,
Resolume, and production software synthesizers. It works great for all of those, the only flaw is I wish I had more than one !

I love the Nanokontrol2. Every single button can be assigned to a midi note or CC#... which is perfect for use with Reaper, or your favorite synth plugin.
3 rows of 8 buttons (24 total), 8 knobs, 8 faders.
On the left side, each button can be something different, as well... everything is customizable.
The only thing I wish is that it had quick scene or preset selection, like the original NK, and the NanoKontrol Studio (5 scenes total).
Well worth the price. Tiny, but super-effective!

The build quality is reasonable, particularly for the price. I think you could get a couple of years out of it without it breaking. However, you would need a moderate touch.
8 sliders, 8 knobs, transport and mute/solo/assign buttons are great. I like the track select buttons as well.
It's pretty easy to setup and has presets for most major software.
HOWEVER, for ProTools it is not ideal. The knob for pan doesn't work on stereotracks.
If you need physical control over mixing controls, this is a pretty cheap and effective way to do it for Logic, Garage Band, Live, and Cubase.
But for ProTools, I'd look elsewhere.
I like the new black model better than the old white one. It looks alright.
