This is my second LDC - I upgraded to the Lewitt from a budget-friendly Audio Technica LDC. This mic feels much more robust and the attention to detail and quality are superb for the price point.
I really enjoy the clarity I'm getting when I'm recording vocals. I have received a lot of great feedback when playing recordings back to others.
Was turned on to Lewitt by some YouTube personalities and this particular mic does not disappoint. Within a week of owning this, I had put my other LDC up for sale and purchased a dynamic mic from Lewitt for recording guitar cabs and more.

I know the LCT440 Pure is on the more affordable side of their line up, but this thing is scary good. One thing I must warn about is that your recording environment must be sound treated very well. This mic will pick up refractions (and everything else) better than most. It's almost unforgiving in that regard.

This microphone is a solid, rugged construction and the shock mount that comes with. It is one of the best at any price point… I also have an Austrian audio OC 16 and this sounds as good and has higher quality attachments. Great for voice or recording a guitar amp.

I've owned this mic for about 4 to 6 months now and using for voiceover work in my YouTube videos.
This mic has a transparent sound that cuts through without a compressor. If you do decide to compress, the noise floor is really low so you won't hear pumping the way you would with other, higher noise mics.
Cost/performance you won't be able to beat anywhere else.

This is an above average microphone for the money. I have used it on vocals and drums and it shines compared to other mics in its price range. Better on Vocals as the high end adds a nice bit of presence and clarity to an overall warm sound. Used an overhead the drums sounded even, punchy and warm although the high end was a bit much but not out of the range of a corrective eq. Good mic for the money.

The Lewitt LCT 440 is absolutely amazing!!! My vocals are clear and crisp. It was nicely package and also came with it’s own pop filter. If your looking for high quality vocals this is the perfect microphone for a reasonable price.

My everyday VO mic is a Sennheiser MKH 416. When I decided to pick this mic up after seeing numerous reviews online, some reviewers even placing it on par with the 416, I was doubtful it could truly even come remotely close.
Upon receiving the mic, I re-recorded a commercial I had just recorded with my 416 prior to the FedEx driver showing up. I was completely blown away.
This microphone simply sounds amazing. So much so, that had I not already invested in a 416, it would be very difficult to convince myself to do so. I won’t lie and say this could beat a 416 in a blind listening test - but the differences are very subtle. Combine that with the insanely low self noise, high SPL handling, the compact package and the over return on investment value considering this mic is almost 75% less expensive than the 416, this mic should prove to become a standard “go-to” in the VO world.
On top of that, the people at Lewitt are fantastic. I have featured their mic in my social media posts, and nearly always get a “thank you” or some other type of acknowledgement in response from their social media staff. I recommend this mic FIRST to any aspiring or established voice actors.

Purchased this mic after going through several videos and reviews and I have no regrets. It picks up only what it needs to pick up, the sound is clear, and the look is definitely an attention grabber. Would definitely repurchase.

I can’t say enough good things about this mic! Wow!! I was blown away the minute I started using it! Used misty for congas and bongos for Latin music! It gives me such a natural sound! Highly recommended if you for hand percussion conga and bongo or as over heads on a kit. In my opinion the absolute BEST mic for the price! Great price with compromising high end quality!!!

I was looking to buy the AKG C214, the sibling of the legendary C414, but when I heard this mic I was so impressed that actually bougth it instead. The quality is top-notch, very well designed and built, it carries some 414ish heritage, expected if it was designed by a former AKG employee in Austria. The sound is full without being harsh, super reactive to transients and with very low noise.
Amazing for guitars, both electric and acoustic, great for vocals and for Over Heads, in fact, this one is the kind of good in everything, and at this price, you can't be wrong.
The magnetic anti-pop is clever as is functional, and the mount allows you to put it very close to the source, if needed.
Be amazed and get one, you won't regret.
