I really like the rugged quality and durable construction of this pedal. It's very easy to see what you're looking at. All of the most important stomp box features are very easy to navigate because most of them are color-coded. Workflow is easy even in low light situations. It is by far the most intuitive foot switch controller I've ever used. I would love to have more foot switches like this one. I highly recommend you check it out.

I have both the Spider Valve Mkii and the Spider V 240HC mkii head. I was surprised that this new foot controller works on both. It makes both amps much easier to use. I dig that I can now turn stuff on and off. I have the little 4 button footswitch which is great for changing channels, tap tempo and tuning. But that's pretty much it. This new footswitch just add much more value to great sounding amps! And as always AMS delivered this really quick!! Thanks!

What an awesome Foot Controller, does everything but sing to me, but it does speak to me in many ways! Never had a better foot controller for any amp or guitar in my 61 years on earth! You won’t be sad you ordered this baby, it is grrrrrrreat! Even built in tuner too, big display window for your tuning and playing views! Did I say I love it? Yes very much!

Great board. Seems well made, heavy, and the switches are crisp. Great lighting and programmable features/customizations. Definitely adds control to your set-up and pairs well with new Line 6 amps. I would say it's a must-have for most, but it's pricey. So, not sure it is for everyone.

Like the headline says, it's a must have. I bought a spider V a few years back but never really got the most out of the amp until I bought the controller. I can't stress this enough, if you have the amp, you NEED the controller.

This really is a must have if you own a compatible line 6 amp. It brings a level of versatility that the amp itself does not have. Also, get it from AMS, I have dealt with them for years without issue, they are my favorite place for gear!

This board is frickin awesome very easy to use the amount of presets are mind numbing. It holds up very well and while you are wailing on some Led Zepplin .then do a fast change over to some ohhh say Buddy Guy the settings are quick and no hesitation when switch to another effect.! My first amp That I owned when I started playing guitar was a line 6 spider III. Before that I had played with the line 6 flextone II at my church. Both of these amps came with the foot switches and I could tell you that Line 6 has truly stepped up their game with their foot switches.

I haven't gotten to explore all of the features yet, but so far is have to say this is a must have accessory for your line-6 amps. No more having to stop playing just to reach down to use the looper, or switch distortion modes, etc. The wah/volume pedal is a welcome feature as well.

It makes everything so much easier with tone switching and setting mods. I was just using a standard Randall half stack with a basic footswitch (clean and reverb only). I don’t know how I ever survived recordings. Makes everything easier even setting different types of tones to each pedal for different sounds needed. Great pedal board!

Very cool pedal. I got it for a Spider V 120 MKII and it integrates nicely. Though giving it 4 stars, as opposed to 5, because the cord that came with it to hook it up to the amp is a little touchy. I tried another cord (basic ethernet cable)and it worked great. Nothing to do with the pedal itself. Nothing big enough to make a big deal about.

I've had my Line-6 POD Pro for about 2 years and was finally able to add the FBV3 to it very recently. Out of the box connectivity and set up were simple. As with most new gear it will take some time to discover all the functionality the unit has to offer and I am looking forward to spending time exploring it. Ruggedly built, with easy to read LED's, a built in tuner, bright foot switch indicators, and the onboard expression pedal, the possibilities seem endless. If you haven't added an FBV3 to your arsenal, I recommend it highly.

I purchased this "Line 6 FBV3 Controller", more as an afterthought after having purchased the "Line 6 Spider V60 MKII Amplifier Combo", the setup for this controller was so ridiculously easy, I actually that it was a toy, but I was quickly reminded, just how powerful a tool it is upon power-up of my amplifier, once I started using this controller, I knew immediately, that I was going to be purchasing one for my "Line 6 Spider V240 MKII Amplifier Combo" as well as, buying two more for my other two "Line 6 Spider Amps", the price point is perfect and for what they actually do-versus what I paid for them, I truly feel like I cheated somebody out of some money, my "Line 6 FBV3's" and my "Line 6 Spider V amps", have turned out to be the very biggest bang for my buck, in every single way that I could have ever imagined, would I recommend this item to anybody who will listen, yes I will 100% and without any hesitation, truly, once they plug it in, it will speak for itself perfectly period!!

I recently bought and returned a Line 6 Pod HD500x pedalboard. The reason for returning was because you either had complete control over your patch assignments or your effects... You didn't have control over both at the same time.
YET..... with this pedalboard controller for the spider v series you have control over both effects and patch/bank assignments all at the same time which is what I was really looking for. Also, instead of using my existing amp that I was going to use with the Pod, I now have a new Line 6 spider v mk2 240 watt amp which has numerous patches to use that are twweakable and you can assign them to a bank of your choice for easy access. I'm totally happy with both the pedalboard and my new spider v amp. Broke them both in at a gig last night. cut right through the mix and the amp also had an xlr out to go right into the PA system. great.
I would def recommend this to any gigging musician.

Absolutely love this foot pedal. Super easy to setup and use. I love that you can program your own banks, now you can get your groove on without having to stop and change your sounds. Works with all the options that your amp has to offer, what I’m saying is, it opens up the full potential of your amp. The colors on the pedal are awesome and make it easy to see if your in a darker setting. There’s also a display on the pedal showing you what effect is on. A+++

I bought this to go with my line 6 240 watt modeling amp and Line 6 240 4x12 cab.The foot controller is easy to use and has a bright LED light that is easy to see and read. It’s durable and has a long cord that plugs into the back of my amp. It allows you to access all the functions of my amp including the tuner! I wish that I had got it much sooner.

The Volume/Wha peddle leaves a lot to be desired. When switching from one to the other there is NO solid click under you foot to feel that it has switched you have to check the lights by the peddle. Sometimes when I switch to Wha it will quickly switch back to Volume when you roll back on the peddle to use the Wha. It can be a little frustrating. I thought it was a bad controller so I sent it back and exchanged it. The new one is not as bad but it still does it.

The full functionality of this pedal is only available with the new 1500 amp----LEDs are only red with amplifi amps--- I like line 6 products, however thier manuals on operation of thier equipment are vey weak and not very informative-----they might as well just put a note in it saying---thanks for your $$$ good luck
