I have had a G30 and G50 and both had continual dropout issues when playing at church however I love the quality and professional look of the Line 6 product so I decided to try another upgrade. 1. The signal does NOT interfere with my home internet signal like the G30 which is annoying when you are trying to play with music on YouTube. This past week, absolutely no issues with signal loss and actually, my bass sounded much better!! The scan feature is fantastic as it finds the channel with the least interference which is great as there are at least 9 wireless packs (including this one) on stage at any given moment.
The only thing is the updates, I don’t have a laptop so updating is a challenge with an iPad so some compatibility would be nice.

Whatever problems I've had with the unit so far can all be chalked up to user error. The build is very robust on both the receiver and transmitter. It seems like it could really take a beating. Set up was intuitive and fairly simple. I'm looking forward to using this thing for years to come.

So I thought going wireless would take away tone and whatnot, but in reality it added clarity to my tone! Which is awesome, it also has an option to round off some of the high ends by adding a cable line in there of varying length! So I have another channel set up with it maxed out for a more P-bass type sound using the neck pickup and flipping my single coil switch, it's great! Worked very well running around a large bar. I love it. The one thing that sucks is the clip on the thing. It blows! But hey, can't be perfect for the price! I run a studio as well, so clarity is vital to my bass tones while I'm in the studio, and this thing just rocks for that!

This think will piss you off to no end before you can get a sound out of it. Everything turned on and got programed but transmitter would not talk top receiver no matter what I did . The Trash man cometh and will take this piece of garbage away with him . And the line6 Pilots Guide was written By a total Moron we are already supposed to know how to work it because this tells you nothing. Avoid Line6 G-70 at all costs

The G70 is better than a cord !!! The response is super fast, faster than a cord and exact frequency reproduction, no loss period. My guitars actually sound and feel better than any of my expensive cords no matter what amp, its scary how great the G70 truly is. Don't forget to update the firmware on both the transmitter and the receiver.
