When I first ordered this guitar, I received it broken, then AMS made it very easy for me to send it back and receive a new one. I recommend this company and i recommend the guitar if you’re looking for a decently priced 12 string that plays well and sounds good

Great guitar! Look good sounds and it is loud unplugged and the Fishman is great! If I have one concern it is the open gear tuners! They are NOT Grover and the brand is unknown! Extremely hard to turn no mater how much the are loosened up! Even stringless they are very difficult to turn! Idea...change them out ASAP! Other than that it is everything I expected! Change the tuners and you are GTG!!
