I've been in the music industry for almost 50 years and have had a lot of experience with live sound equipment. The Mackie C300z speaker produces clear high's, mid's and low's. I use a pair of C300z's in small to medium venues and have not been disappointed with their performance. I've owned my speakers for about three months.

Super Quality, Super Dependable for years and years!
Quality, last pair bought used in 1995 and still in service with our company.
Very easy to use, plus comes with Speakon hookups now, and the new black color looks sharp!
Perfect speaker for PA speaking events and killer DJ playback!

peolpe say they use them for a few hours. i use them 8-12 hours straight , you won't be let down
Plug in a speakon and crankem
i run two 300z's with a qsc 2450 play all night long
i use them for all types of venues. some shows i use a 18" sub then into the 300z. sound great

Your general opinion of this product.
QUALITY:
Quality seems very good, I have installed these in 2 churches, they are very happy with them and have had no problems in the year they have been installed.
FEATURES:
Has 1/4" and Speak-On Connectors for Input and Thru, Exactly what most people needed.
EASE OF USE:
Not much to understand, Plug it in and play with it. Not very much Eq Needed.
VALUE:
This is probably the best speaker out there for the money. I challenge anyone to find a better sounding speaker with the reputation of a Mackie for this price. Hands down - Best sounding, Loudest speaker for the price.
SOUND:
Like I said, smooth lows and very crisp Highs. Add a halfway decent Sub and you've got a system to be Proud of.

Overall I woud buy these again if they were stolen, Mackie comes through every time. For the Part-timer
