I love the Mackie wireless mixers. They always are easy to use. I have purchased the first 2 versions of the Mackie wireless mixers and this one improved on being dependable, lighter, and smaller.
I got compliments from other musicians who own the competitors wireless mixers. They enjoyed this Mackie wireless mixer.

As a true analog lover, the DL16s was my first venture into digital mixing for live sound and it does not disappoint. Quality preamps deliver crystal clear audio with plenty of headroom. Built in processing is very well laid out and offer easy work flow. Plenty of Ins and Outs for a simple acoustic show to full club band.

The Mackie DL16S is one of the best digital mixer that I own and have ever used. I actually love the Mackie DL16S and prefer to use it over my PreSonus mixer

This worked great until Mackie forced me to update to 5.1. I use two new iPads with updated IOS. Now when you touch a fader it jumps down between 3 to 6 dB. Then if you hold on the fader and go up and release your finger it won’t stay so you have to go higher hoping it will end up close to where you wanted it. I tried to return it but was two weeks past the return date end. So AMS suggested I contact Mackie. This will be my last purchase of any digital stage box.

I have the DL32R as a stationary unit and decided to get the DL16S for mobile functionality. I love the fact that I didn’t have to buy a separate router to connect to it. The setup was easy and the improvements in the new software app Master Fader 5 are great. The price made it a no brainer.

This is our third Mackie mixer for this particular room. The first was a 1402-VLZ Pro that we replaced with a DL806 and now the DL16S. It was a definite upgrade from the DL806 and offers the simplicity that we were looking for in the DL806. It fits our needs very well and can be easily pulled for remote use. We are happy with it thus far.

Mackie has out done themselves with the DL16S. It does everything I need and more than I’ll ever learn to use. The 16x16 interface is incredible and it comes with Tracktion 7!
