It really is easy and quick to tune. I used a drum dial, only took a few minutes and it remained pretty stable two days after. Cymbals are OK.

I haven't played it much yet, but I love the size of each drum and the sounds that come out of them. I will probably change to coated heads but the tone that comes out of these babies is beautiful. Better than I expected.
