It tilts a bit even with nothing attached. Legs just don't keep it standing straight. Doesn't come with a locknut to secure the mic where you want is so you're stuck in the default position. I robbed a nut from another stand. I am using it for an AKG with the isolation cage so it sticks out farther than the stands feet. It tries to fall over until you mess with the locknut it doesn't come with until you find an "almost" sweet spot. All in all for the cheap price it's worth it. Want better? Pay more. I'll hang on to this until it scares me once or twice, then I'll step to keep my mic safe.
