I have used hot wires for several years now to mic my drums,for the price point you can’t go wrong,they hold up I’ve never had one go bad on me yet. The sound quality you get is top shelf.

My friend has a great sounding system, but it doesn't have balanced mic inputs, only 1/4 jacks. I got these so we could plug in our shure sm58s and sing. They performed well, and everyone sounded good. Vocals are clear and not muddied at any range. I prefer the balanced line, but when that's not an option, go with these. I pack these to every gig now, because you just never know....right?

The part that impressed me was the Velcro ties included with these cables. Not bad quality, as it will do the job.
There is a better quality out there but, this review is not about those one's.

Great cable, it does just what it’s supposed to do. I haven’t used it terribly long but it definitely seems durable, and I didn’t have any sound issues at all running a mic from a Marshall half stack, to a Scarlett interface.
