while these sticks are not made as well as most bigger brands, for the price there not as bad as many i have tried. I got these to try maple sticks before spending money on the bigger brands

I purchased these as Christmas stocking stuffers for my wife and granddaughter, both drummers. I prefer a heavier stick, but both ladies are fast drummers, with light touches, and these were perfect for them. They're both very happy with the sticks, and if they're happy, I'm happy. Will be getting more of these as needed.

Your general opinion of this product.
First time using. Broke two sticks in a matter of an hour. I don't play super hard. Better quality assurance maybe?
