Very strong unit. Good for playing in SYNC, Stems. Can scratch by holding Shift + Using touchstrip. All major outputs + Inputs. High quality sound card. Crossfader feels better than S4. Display screens are great, rarely find yourself looking at the computer. Recommend with Flight Case.

MAN THIS THING IS TRULY AMAZING!!!, As a lover of music and the art of blending melodies to create new ones...THIS CANT BE BEAT...OMG!...I have 3 2000nx2s haven't touched them since I bought this, another amazing point is I m a rotary dj king I HATE SLIDE FADERS, however this is very clean and smooth, the sound card sounds really warm on my big system and we house heads love thump..awesome product! #seenitall...#atleastithought!

This review is based on the Native Instruments - Traktor Kontrol S8 DJ Controller - I brought this controller for by wife who finally join our family of DJ's. The controller is amazing, it was introduce to us in San Antonio, Texas by a very close friend/DJ at a record release event in March of 2019. She loves the controller and advances herself on the effect system. We have recommend the controller to fellow DJ friends in which one of them (1) in July 2019. Great job guys

I love this Traktor Controller, definitely worth buying it. Coming from using Serato and a pioneer controller, using Traktor is way ahead of Serato (in my opinion)!! The only thing Native Instruments has to do with there controllers is make them more solidly built like Pioneer, if they can do this and of course release a controller like the S8 with jog wheels or even something like the kontrol D2 with a jog wheel. They will definitely be ahead of the Djing game!!

This mixer is awful and I won't be buying NI products ever! Purchased it when it was released. It lasted about 4 gigs before the power died. Bought a replacement power adapter that NI said they would send out (but never did). Worked for one gig then died again. Sent it to NI, they sent me a replacement that had all new problems. Mic comes on when faders are down!?! USB outlet is dodgy and will probably break. These things are not reliable......stay away!

This is great controller for traktor. You don't need to look at the laptop while playing. The mixer is sweet and u have the option to run your external source through traktor or straight out.
