I wasn't sure that it would work for my Kontrol S3, but decided to take a chance. It fits perfectly from side to side with a little bit (inch or less) of wiggle room front to back (which is easy to work around if needed).
The photos don't show the inside so I wasn't sure if it came with the sliding laptop platform. It does. This is definitely a nice feature and one that I had been looking for.
There is some movable padding inside to help adjust the case to best protect the controller and anything else that you have inside.
It would be nice if there was some built-in way to secure the cables, power cord, etc., but I guess it's nice to be able to customize it a bit based on need.

This Native Instruments Flight Case fits BOTH my Traktor S4 AND my New S3 Perfectly and is very nice and Rugged. I do have a Odyssey Flight Case that I bought just for my S4, but I like the Native Instruments Flight Case even more!!!

The MK3 case works perfect with my new MK3. Like all TRAKTOR gear, this case didn’t let me down. Not only is it very good quality, this case really cleans up the look of your set up. It hides the wires, and sets up very ergonomically. It is also lightweight which makes it easy to carry, and transport from gig to gig. It makes setting up as easy as one, two, three.
