I bought this to use with Native Instrument Kontakt and to be a part of a live rig. I got it to use for effects, percussion, adaptive runs etc. The short keys work for that. IIt serves the purpose I needed.

This controller makes my ability to travel and continue to be creative a reality. If you have traveled lately you realize that you need to streamline and this controller allows you to do so without losing the ability to access your plugins and your DAW without taking your entire rig out. The keys feel good as well.

Awesome pick up. I had been looking for a small midi keyboard to travel with and came across the M32. Partnered with Komplete Kontrol this is a must have. all triggers and sliders auto sync with the kontrol software and makes creating on the fly in you DAW easy.

I’m new to the virtual instrument world and couldn’t be happier starting out with Native Instruments M32 keyboard! The integration with the keyboard and software is almost seamless. Setup is very straightforward and not confusing at all. Komplete Kontrol is amazing being able to navigate through the plug in really not needing to use the mouse for the workflow. Love it and recommend it! Even for somebody just getting started with making music!

I brought this keyboard because I wanted to use the Scale feature. However it wouldn't work unless I installed & use Kontact or NI products. If your just trying to use this as a easy "Plug & Play" device then don't even bother unless you ONLY need the Octave buttons, the 2 sliders, and 37 keys to work (the other features/buttons won't unless you install and use NI products)

GREAT Keyboard! I love this little instrument. I can very easily learn how to play a musical keyboard right by my PC! The keynotes are firm and enjoyable to play. The best part of my experience buying this product is that I was able to set up a few monthly payments, just to make it happen for me and directly from the website. If you need a good keyboard, this is it. I love it!!!

I went through so many reviews on keyboard controllers and this one is it. Fully featured buttons for recording and mods, the knobs are my favorite, easily adjustments instrument volumes, master, and more without using a mouse. The keyboard weight and pressure is spot on. Studio One and best of all, Garageband user-friendly for quick recordings, everything works! Loads of software to make amazing high-quality sounds for your recordings. I highly recommend this product!

This controller is very portable. I can carry it in my backpack with my MPC, Maschine Mikro and a laptop. Also comes with Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol license with plenty of sounds to get started. Completely worth $139.

As an avid Native Instruments fan, I admittedly have a bit of a bias when it comes to the Komplete Control and Maschine families. I've had my M32 for 4 days now and I have no negative words for it. It does everything you need a keyboard to do and more. It is the perfect counterpart of the Maschine MK3 and when using Maschine Studio, it makes switching from "Pad" to "Keyboard" modes a thing of the past, which ultimately speeds up workflow. And isn't that what matters most?
Also, the touch strips for pitch and modulation, which match those of the Maschine MK3, are one of my favorite features on the M32. Something about the feel of sliding my finger is far superior to rolling a wheel.
The M32 definitely meets my expectations as a small home studio keyboard. It works just as it should, and speeds up my workflow. But the best feature of the Komplete Kontrol M32 is the size. It's big enough to use both hands, yet small enough to fit on top of almost any size surface. Perfection.
