These cables are thicker, more sturdy, and have larger connectors than other cables at this price. I like that the ends are blue, makes them easy to identify as speaker cables.
Using 2 with a stereo 2x12, they work well.

Excellent cables, built to last, no noise and quality. The only concern I have is that the rubber protection around the end of the cable is way too thick, so you kinda have to squish them together on the back of the interface or studio monitors, otherwise, they don’t fit.

After years of replacing speaker cables, I started buying Pig Hog. The 5' cables are for my bass head to cabinets. I was tired of replacing cables and having problems delaying set ups. I can't tell if they effect tone but they are rock solid durable.

I’m impressed with the build quality of these cables so far. These cables are constructed of a heavy duty 14 gauge wire. The 1/4 inch connectors are protected with a heat shrink covering. I can’t detect any sound degradation while using these cables. I think these will excel in live applications. Maybe in a high end studio setting, you could spend more just to ensure this wouldn’t be a possible weak link. I think in live applications and every day use these are more than sufficient. Great value for the price.

Recently purchased two Marshall Extension Cabnets which came with and included speaker cables. For the excellent quality I found with these Pig Hog cables I paid the extra money for them and will use the other cables as back up, though I don’t think it will ever be necessary.

I bought these for my Studio Monitors. I was concerned at first because it's not a balanced cable. I shouldn't have been worried. I get perfect clarity with these cables. I have put a balanced cable on one side and this one on tbe other. Then switched. I can't tell a difference at all.

First off I've never used one of these cables before. I've always made my own. First off it's BEEFY without being unmanageable to wrap up when done using it. The shrink wrap feels good and thick and the tips are solid. I've had it about a month or so and it's had it's share of being run over by cab casters and stepped on by stage techs. I think I found my solution to my search for strong sturdy cables. It far exceeds my expectations in every way shape and form. Plus the logo is Cool a FU@K!

Got this to connect a Hughes & Kettner TubeMeister to an Orange cab. Had a cheap cable before and you could really tell the difference. Highly recommended!
