I purchased this on impulse. I didn't need a cab, but the price was too good to pass up. I've been curious about PJB for years, but was hesitant to buy without hearing one. This cabinet sounds so good that I immediately purchased a 47 cabinet to go with it. When those were paired the sound blew me away. I was able to hear every nuance of my playing, loud and clear. I decided it was so good that I got another 47 cabinet. So...for somebody that didn't need anything, but was curious, I now have 3 PJB cabinets, and am thrilled that I got them.

This is one of the best bass cabs I’ve owned, the clarity even on the low b string is amazing, paired with my trace Elliot elf amp my playing has improved remarkably because of the transparency of the cab it allows me to hear more nuanced tones and forces me to play more deliberate and clean, the lows are nice and round whilst the mods are well balanced and punchy and you get just enough highs to round off the sound, all this with my amp set flat and a slight bass boost on the bass
