I've purchased the RockBoard Sapphire series cables in most lengths, they're currently the only cables being used on my new pedalboard as I transition from a multi effects unit (Boss GT-8) to individual effect pedals. The short cables (approx. 2" & 4") work great for most pedal interconnects, allowing pedals to be very close together if desired. I've had zero noise issues & the cables do look fantastic. Yes, they seem a bit expensive but when I considered the RockBoard Sapphire reliability & cost against the reliability & cost of high-end solderless patch cable kits it was an easy choice to make. I could have gone with less-expensive cables & probably gotten similar results but the improved shielding & awesome look of these cables sealed it for me.
