Working as a sound engineer for over 20 years, I have heard many brands of speakers. The HD 35 are premium sounding cabinets right out the box. The highs are crystal clear, the mids are high definition, and the bass is deep, strong, and natural sounding. These dont’t have all the fancy dsp options or mixers found in other brands. They are plug and play. Great for front of house or a DJ. I love the 3 inch voice coil on both drives and the 800hz crossover point. I chose these over the RCF Art 735 because of their sleek esthetics for my corporate events. I pair these up with the 8003 and 8004 subs and they sound excellent with crossed over at 80hz. I also own the QSC k12.2 Yamaha DSR 112 EV ETX 12, JBL PRX 815 and RCF hd12. All of the above mentioned are reliable professional speakers and have their different application. My top three are (3)DSR 112 (2)RCF HD 12 and my number (1) is now the HD 35 for its 800hz crossover point and crystal clear clarity. This speaker holds its own. A sub is optional for anything under 150 people in a medium sizes venue. I am extremely happy with this purchase.

I had did extensive research on my next upgraded power rig and RCF the choice. The all around full range sound is excellent. Lots of power the Highs was crystal clear. I pair these with the 8003ASII they complimented them good. I will be investing in another pair sometime in the next 6 mos and American musical will be where I’m purchasing them. #bestbuy
