This is by far the best throne I’ve ever owned. I gave two. One for each kit. My first one I’ve had for many years. Still looks great. Works flawless. Even the cloth still looks perfect. Love these thrones. I even use it when I sit and play keys. Highly recommend this throne.

This throne is top of the line. it adjusts to your exact height requirements. It has the added nitro shock that gives it a little bit of push back when your playing which makes you feel like you are glued to the seat. The shape of the seat feels like I'm on my Harley and gives me added mobility. This seat makes me feel more stable while behind the kit.

I use this to play live. I like it alot it is very comfortable and does absorb a lot of shock. I would say that there is other thrones that are probably more comfortable but the roc n soc is no slouch.

The nitro shock allows the throne to move with your natural rhythm when playing. I have a slight bounce when I play and always have a sore backside after an hour set. Not now! This throne has just the right amount of firmness and softness. Now I can get through our 3hr practices without the pain. It takes a second to get used to but once you and this throne become 1, magic happens. BEST THRONE I'VE EVER HAD.

This has been a very comfortable throne since I got it a few months ago. I like the hydraulic feature, since I need to rapidly change heights during performances. I also purchased the back rest, which adds up to comfort when I am performing.
I also use my throne for computing when I have to set up a makeshift workstation away from my office. The first time I set it up, it was a pleasant surprise to see how long I remained comfortable sitting on my throne (I have tried others that became uncomfortable after 45 minutes or so - not this one).

I’ve used Roc N Soc drum thrones in the past of course none of them were ever mine. Once I heard about American Music Supply I didn’t hesitate to order. I used to use a DW 3000 Series drum throne, but after a couple years I noticed some back and hip pain starting to form. I had debated getting this Nitro throne for a while and finally pulled the trigger. I’m so happy I did, and my body thanks me too!!

I have an old plastic base throne that I have dropped on the freeway, gigged with and toured with and it was time to retire. I got this and it feels perfect and still as solid as my original. Definitely worth checking out.

This investment to your drum kit is the most important. I played on what i thought were very good drum thrones but my back always started hurting after 30-45 min. So i bought the nitro after hours of reveiws and videos on thrones. This one was the best of the best. Very comfortable and very sturdy smooth and quiet.. So i bought it and my back hasnt bothered me yet. If your not comfortable it affects your playing.. HIGHLY RECOMEND

Solid. I never worry about if it's going to break down.
Don't waste good money on bad equipment. You'll end up buying 6 cheap thrones before you make a dent in this one. AMS came through on the price!

Everything about this throne (material, workmanship) is top notch. All the components are heavy duty and built to last. You can tell Roc-n-Soc really cares about the products they manufacture. If you're in the market for a drum throne, get this one. You won't be disappointed.
The only sound you hear when using this throne is your own sigh of content as you settle down into the plush, extremely comfortable seat.
Costs a bit more then other brands I looked at before deciding on Roc-n-Soc but definitely worth the price for this high quality, heavy-duty throne.

I was surprised how well made this throne is made. I was very impressed how heavy duty everything is from the hardware to the seat.
If you want quality you have to pay a little more. Don't waste money on ones that fall apart in a few months. Save up and buy this one.
