These pedals are amazing. I have used them with both my SPD SX sample pad, and with my TD 50. They have great feel, but they are surprisingly heavy, and that’s probably a really good thing! They don’t move around or slide at all when playing. And the fact you can link 2 together is a super cool feature too. This way it only uses one trigger input!
Buuuuuuuut, beware. If you are buying these as a very quiet solution, they really aren’t going to suit your needs. They are certainly more quiet than a standard bass drum setup, and more so than even a bass drum trigger pad, but the way the pedal works is almost like a slapping action. It can be played quietly, but if you are getting into it, it can create quite a bit of noise.
This is another amazing Roland product, and I would certainly recommend this to people.

If you have a digital or a minimal setup, this pedal is a must own. It's only $50-60 more expensive than other triggers that leverage a regular kick pedal. I find those to be clumsy and taking up too much space. I was skeptical about how well this would perform, but really feel like the real thing.

I use it with my Roland HandSonic. This pedal is good, right out of the box, but when I took one of the springs off, it suddenly felt even better! Very responsive, quick, and controllable, solid rugged construction, and very capable of nuanced expression while playing and recording! Also very quiet! I’m very satisfied with this purchase and, as always, AMS zero interest payment plan and quick, free shipping! Highly recommend!

I've been playing electronic drums since the 80's I have tried just about every electric kick pedal out there and nothing come close to the Roland KT10 kick trigger pedal. The pedal is made like a tank and can take a beating. the feel is really great. I cannot find any flaws with the Roland KT10, in fact I like the Roland KT10 so much I bought 2 of them.
