AMS got the whole package to me in record time. To be honest, because of the holidays I was expecting to receive the boom arm and other items after the new year. Nope! AMS got everything to me in 2 days! The stand is great. works like a charm.

I have purchased a few of these that are cheaper but this one is great. I use for solo desktop recording. Could use another! Make sure the clamp fits!

I use this to hold up a Neat King Bee. Which is a very heavy mic. It does a great job. It stays in place, doesn't move or bend, feels sturdy and does what it's meant too.
I'd recommend it, and i'd suggest it if you wan't a cheap but nice boom arm. I use mine for gaming coms (discord/skype), voiceover, demos and podcasting.

Let me start by saying I think this is a pretty great stand, especially if you are podcasting or doing voiceover work. Me personally, I had to get an additional microphone stand for recording vocals due to the type of desk I have (more of a table than a desk).
