I am working with a limited space for my home studio and couldn't fit a normal stand in here. This little stand seemed to be the perfect fit, it is short enough to scoot under my monitors when not in use and can extended higher if needed. The base is fairly sturdy however it can topple over from time to time. I went with this one over a clip stand since I won't be using it all the time and need to move it out of the way. The neck on the pop filter is a bit stiff and can be hard to get it exactly how you want it. It is a decent product and gets the job done.

AMS IS AWESOME. ORDERING EASY CUSTOMER SERVICE AWESOME...BUT The connection of the pop filter is pure garbage. It has little plastic parts that are not attached to anything....I guess you are supposed to put them where you screw the pop filter to the stand. So bizarre They are loose and probably supposed to be attached. Biggest problem? Trying to get a microphone stand for my very heavy procaster microphone any ideas out there on how to solve this problem?

I like the product, I got it to use with my Presonus mic and interface setup. I use it to sit at my desk and record vocals. It works as advertised and American Musical as always did a great job on delivering

I would give the product a rating of 5, but can’t based on my specific needs. Both the stand and pop filter are well constructed and sturdy! I would prefer a little more foam on the bottom of the stand to help cut out vibration and low hums. Pop filter does a good job cutting out those stressed “p’s” and “t’s” I used the stand with a dynamic microphone so it is not as y’all as I would like it to be, considering I have a longer torso. But I would suppose it’s plenty enough height for someone of average size. No complaints after about 3 weeks of usage!
