This mic was very easy to setup and use. It has good warm audio quality for singers and or instrument too. If you are using this for recording also, it works and sound great. I love the fact that this has XLR, USB and 1/8" (3.5mm) that's all in it.
Overall, sound great. Would highly recommend this for your home recording needs.

Sound is great for my pod casting. Bought a adjustable stand for my desk to replace tripod. I've had it for two months after weeks of careful research. USB cord makes it an ideal plug and play. Very happy with my choice. Quick delivery.

Using usb this a great mic for anything you want to do on the pc. Good noise rejection. Just picks up the sounds you want, while sounding pretty natural.

I recently started a podcast and since I knew my condenser mics were going to be too "hot" for all the ranting and whatnot, I began shopping for a good but still cheaply priced dynamic mic.
When i ran cross this gem, I remembered the other 2 Samson products I own (Samson Go usb condenser mic & Samson SR850 monitor headphones) and I remembered that they were pretty good for what little I paid.
The Samson Q2U Dynamic mic is not a lightweight mic. It seems very durable and sounds excellent for the price.
I definitely would recommend this to any content creators looking for a good usb dynamic mic.

Gets pretty great audio quality and is very simple to use. I use it mainly for acoustic guitar and ukulele. I’m not a singer but it would be great for singing and podcasts as well. It does work with electric guitar but I notice that it flashes red a lot which indicates that it’s being hit with too much sound. The recording still sounds good but this is probably not the ideal mic for electric guitar recording or anything very loud. Overall for the money it’s a great value especially having both usb and xlr.
