This guitar sounds amazing, I bought it for my sons graduation and birthday gift, we both love dj ashba I never thought in my wildest dreams it would sound as amazing as it does but my god it's beautiful and my son loved it. Thank you.

This is the best acoustic I've owned so far. I've been playing for 32 years and I'm very picky when it comes to gear. I'll admit right off the bat. This guitar is not as loud as I anticipated when unplugged. However the tone is amazing. I'll take great tone over projection any day. Plugging this guitar into my Rivera Knucklehead halfstack was love at first sound. This thing has a very well balanced sound. Powerful, no muddiness and plenty of sustain. The action right out of the box was set up and ready to play. I'm not a fan of the factory D'addario strings so I replaced them with Ernie Ball 12 gauge phosphor bronze. This guitar has the action of an electric. The neck has the same feel as my Jeff Loomis 7 string. The active eq is very versatile. I can get that "sound I hear in my head" to come out which is a hard thing to do being the tone snob that I am. I ordered the cobalt finish. I like how this guitar has a matte finish. It seems every guitar I own that does not have a high gloss finish tends to have a better tone. I think the more paint the worse the sound. Schecter has the stratavarius formula down.
