Beautiful guitar right out of the box. Everything works as advertised. My first guitar with a Sustaniac and it’s been a blast playing with it and learning how to use it. My third guitar purchased from AMS in the last 6 months and each one has been fantastic!
My only concern is the Apocalypse arrived with a broken high E string and swirl marks around where the pick would typically hit as if this guitar has been used.

This guitar is amazing. Bought it for my husband for Father’s Day and he loves it. He had bought it once before but we had to return it because money was tight. He was also not working because he started doing drugs and going down a really bad path. Thankfully he was able to pull out and we were able to help him get better, my kids and I. And because he’s been so good and drug free, I decided to buy him the guitar that he always wanted. With American Music supply payments, I was able to do that. Thank you so much.

The fit and finish is impeccable. A great playing guitar, I live the upper fret access and the stainless steel frets with the ebony fretboard is amazing not to mention the Sustainiac is a blast. Highly recommend picking this one up.

The guitar came in perfectly in tune and with great action and intonation. The Apocalypse pickup is HOT with a great mix of highs,lows, and mids. The sustainiac is a joy to play with. The neck is perfect for my hands..thin but not too thin. It plays very comfortably. The finish is great! It is true to the pictures! The stainless steel frets play so smooth! I can go on and on!

Everything about this guitar is awesome. Built flawless this beast will ring with sustain with the volume off. You heard me right! I believe it may have come possessed. It calls to you when you set it down. I absolutely love this guitar. My favorite after 40 years of playing, Do yourself a favor and add this to your arsenal right now Before Armageddon comes. You will be glad you did. Oh yea I picked up myself a quantum Industries road case where this beast will sleep quietly while awaiting your return. American Music Supply was fast releasing this beast to me and it was already setup pretty well. but of-coarse I had my medical team give it a once over before laying amazing tracks. Thanks AMS!

The voice this guitar is given through its high output bridge position pick up and the neck positioned Sustainiac is out of this world. It is the first floyd rose I've owned and so far, I'm a huge fan.

I’ve been playing Schecter’s guitars for a few years now and this one absolutely blows away any competition. The sustainiac pickup brings a whole new depth to riffs! AMS got me this guitar and case very quickly and was already set up. Highly recommend getting one of these as it’ll maintain it’s usefulness in ANY genre.

I've had several Schecters since the 80's when they were basically Strat copies . I've never bought one that wasn't a great sounding easily playable guitar. This is no exception. It came set up and pretty much in tune. I play Metal and this guitar is a perfect fit. The sound is thick and full , the tremolo moves easily and the tuning holds very good. The sustainiac is great live although I don't use the feedback mode much .It takes a little getting used to the switching but it's pretty easy.The wood work and paint job are beautiful and the icing on the cake. This guitar is now in my rotation of stage axes.

I got the rust grey and the color is off as another review mentioned, is deff more of a rust green but looks really cool. The neck plays and feels fantastic, one of the other reviews say the whammy bar falls off but mine fits very securly. Best guitar I've ever had. Pickups are great, and comes set up in tune ready to rip right outta the box, very happy with it, and of course AMS payments plans and free 2 day shipping is hands down#1, I now have my dream rig and guitar that I would've never been able to afford thanks to AMS...

So I was a bit disappointed in the color. It’s not grey. More of a green color. Still cool looking though. I almost sent it back then I played it. It plays great. Awesome tones. Fast neck. And the sustainiac pick up is really cool. Wish it wasn’t swamp green is all. 5 starts for guitar and 3 for finish. Oh. And should have come with case which is a major negative I’m my opinion. AMS still comes through again !!!

This guitar is AWSOME and every thing I was looking for. I'm not a pro I just play as a hobby. The color is stunning in bright lights it's candy red in low light it's black. It plays easy and sounds AWSOME. The Roman numerals top it off. I find myself playing it more and more.

Seems like the tremolo bar should be secured like ok the older Floyd Rose systems. I jump around a lot during live shows and my tremolo bar kept on falling off. I think I could secure the screw but just thinking about having to do that before and after shows gives me a headache. Over all the guitar it’s super awesome, the guitar was ready to play right out of the box. Love it!

I love this guitar!
This guitar inspired me to play and develop musical skills.
The only negative thing I would like to mention is that the frets were not filed down, pretty sharp edges. So playing up and down the fretboard would leave scratches on my hand.
But love this guitar 5 stars!

This guitar came in tune. Played it right out of the box. There was a bit of fret buzz on the high E string on the lower frets, but I’ll take care of that later with adjustments. The pickups are really powerful and sound amazing clean or dirty. The sustaniac is awesome and very fun to play around with. The Floyd Rose works great, and the guitar stays in tune after dive bombing. It’s a beautiful guitar and you can’t beat the price. The red finish and the Roman numeral inlays look really good. The guitar is not heavy and the thin neck is sooo smooth to play. The fret board feels really good and you can tell this is a quality guitar when you play it. No complaints about this guitar and kudos to AMS for the payment plan and 2 day shipping! I’ll never shop anywhere else for my equipment.

This Schecter C-1 Apocalypse FR S is an amazing guitar. This is my 13th Schecter and this might be my favorite yet. I got a blemished model and saved a good chunk of change, followed by still being allowed to do a payment plan PLUS I received it in 19 hours after ordering late afternoon. Simply amazing experience all around.
