Product Rating Product Review With the title being said, I think it’s important to note that I’ve never spent more than $200 on a guitar prior to this one. The overall appearance and feel of this guitar is incredible. The sound is amazing and the seventh string lets you hit heavier/ lower notes than you can with a 6 string. A really key thing to take into consideration with this purchase is the fact that it is a 7 string guitar and that can mess up some people’s frame of reference since most look at it from a top-down perspective. So if you don’t really need/want the 7th string there are very similar guitars made by ESP that don’t have the 7th string. Overall, 10/10 would recommend to anybody in the market for 7 strings

Product Review As a Schecter user since 2002, I've been able to see their products improve from year to year. With this Hybrid Hellraiser, the build of this guitar is borderline flawless. A great combination of the SLS body style but the audio girth of their Hellraiser models. For a 7 string, it is about as light and fast as possible. Even though it's meant to handle the heaviest of metal, the neck is smooth enough to deal with a variety of styles. The stock locking tuners are solid as is my favorite EMG combination the 66/57 which provides all the goods. Headroom but gain, bite but warmth. To top it off, the looks of the guitar is as classy as possible. From whatever light is shining on it, the trans black is either a slight green, or a dark grey. So the personality of the guitar varies as much as what you choose to play on it. I've yet to own a bad Schecter. And this is the best one yet. It leaves all LTD's and Ibanez's in this price range in the dust.

Product Review As my headline states, this is a well crafted 7 string guitar. Solid hefty feel, but well balanced and comfortable with a sleek neck. At first I thought that the finish on this guitar would be it's crown feature. The ultra violet paint and the trim accents are beautiful. Then I plugged it in and was highly impressed. I'm usually not a big fan of EMGs or active pickups in general, but the 57/66 combo far exceeded my expectations. They sound crisp and clear, yet have outstanding dynamics. Whether you're playing a deep sludgy riff or an arpeggiated clean chord progression, every note sounds articulate and comprehensible. All in all, if you want a solid 7 string and don't want to exactly go super cheap but don't want to go way overboard either, this is a solid choice.

Product Review Schecter makes some beautiful guitars but this might be the cream of the crop. The ultra violet color scheme really stands out seeing it in person and that's just the looks. The playability of this guitar is fantastic. It has a very slim neck that makes transferring from a 6 string to a 7 string take little time to get comfortable. As far as how this bad boy sounds, I mostly play metal and the EMG pickups definitely met my expectations, even compared to EMG pickups in the other guitars I own. The only downside I can think of is that they are a bit too high output so I had to adjust my amp settings to compensate. Overall though, this is a fantastic purchase and a must own for anyone looking for a gorgeous 7 string guitar.
