I have used a wired 935 mic for several years and it's by far the best mic I've ever sang on. I wanted the option to be wireless and knew I wanted to stick with the 935. This is a fantastic-sounding microphone. Trust me - this thing sounds absolutely amazing. I can't tell the difference between this wireless mic and my wired version. That being said, I don't like that the mute button lights up red when the mic is "hot". I also don't like that if I turn the mic off via the button on the bottom that it makes a loud static-y noise through the PA speakers. I now have to mute the mic, turn down either the channel or the mains, and then turn the mic off. Not thrilled about that. But overall a great-sounding wireless microphone. Haven't tested the range as I have had the receiver within 15' each time I've used it.

I upgraded from a wired Shure Beta 58 to this. I have had wired Sennheiser Microphones and always liked them. This wireless is quiet, clear and has plenty of range. My lead singer now wants to upgrade his.

I was a SM58 user for a long time when I got in the business 21 years ago and then I got hooked on the wired 835 when I got the 3 pack. I eventually got an 835 wireless and loved it. I also own a Sennheiser wireless headset mic and loved it too. I own multiple karaoke set ups so I also have the awesome dual 835 wireless. After I got my wired 935 which rocked I got 2 of these bad boys. Sennheiser mics are so easy to eq and the low end isn't so bad like the sm58s

Up until now, I’ve had some bad experiences while deejaying with wireless microphones cutting out, especially during wedding ceremonies. But this Sennheiser G4 has taken all that worry & stress away!!! I just used it for the first time for an outdoor wedding, which was outside and it actually started raining! The Sennheiser never lost a signal, or even cut out during a very heavy & unexpected downpour!!! The frequency search function is easy & really provides peace of mind in knowing u have the best possible signal at hand, wherever u are. AND I can get both lavalier & guitar transmitters that will work with the receiver I ALREADY have? Sennheiser, where have u been all of my DJ career? I’M ALL IN!!!!

I started out using the 935S microphone 2 years ago for band practice. I loved the full sound of it so much I decided to try the wireless version. I was not disappointed. The sound is actually better than the wired version. I dont know how that is possible but the mic sounds so full and the range is incredible. I have used other expensive mics in the past but this microphone knocks them out of the park. I love my Sennheiser wireless mic

I have had many Sennheiser G3 systems with every mic head available. The new G4 sounds the same but might actually have a little better distance range. Also the included rack mount kit is nice. The 935 head is one of me personal favorites and has great GBF even on a loud stage. The only thing I’m not impressed with is the quality of the product. The mic feels cheaper then the G3 and the transmitter buttons and screen printing look cheap. The LCD screen in bigger on the G4 and easier to see. I would highly recommend this system. Just wish it looked more professionally made. The added mute button on the mic is also a nice add on.

I have a sennheiser e935 and decided to go wireless did alot of research and took some friends advice and couldn't be happier Great product great service from AMS delivered quick as promised and 12 month 0 interest plan is a game changer.
