Bridge: takes over drive and distortion very well, articulate just what I was looking for.
Neck: brighter than most HB in a good way not bass heavy or muddy,
Put them in a Schecter C6 I’ve been modifying and it sound great.
I’m a Decades long player who has
Modified a lot of guitars these are my favorites.

These are nice and bright, a bit edgy but in a good way. Especially into a cranked Marshall. I’m not at all unhappy, but I do wonder if they’re a bit too bright, but then I just roll back the volume knob just a hair… presto!

These really bridge that A2 A5 magnet gap. Chewy and tight at the same time.. I put these in an SG Standard and they are sooo much better than my 57 set.

Every once in a while, pickup makers come up with something that I would call a stroke of genius. I was looking for something to give me that classic 70s rock sound, think AC/DC and Led Zep. This set turned my Gibson SG into a raging monster. I was extremely impressed with the bark I got from these bad boys but even more impressed with the clean tones that I was able to pull from these. A beautiful design in visuals and tone, well done to SD and thanks again to AMS for recommending them to me!

I have the neck Saturday Night Special in my superstrat. It's an Alder body and a lot of neck humbuckers sounded Dark in this guitar. I also have a set in my Les Paul and the neck wins again. The Bridge is as little bright but when I turn the tone knob down a little it's perfect
I'm finding that the extra brightness is a good thing. Great for any style really. I play Rock Blues, Worship, Metal even a little chicken picking occasionally.

I got these to replace the pickups on my 2017 Gibson Reverse Firebird. They are only a little louder but where the pickups that came on it both sounded nasaly these sound fat and clear (as oxymoronic as that sounds). Or like this bridge fatter, neck clearer, just as advertised.
