I purchased the IEM several months ago and overall, I like it. I have always used floor monitors, so this is my first time ever using an IEM. I will say I am overly disappointed in the earbuds that come with the system. For how expensive this IEM system is, the quality of the ear buds is a let down. If you are only hearing vocals out of these, you are ok but any instruments added in, the sound is flat and muddy. I ended up having to upgrade to a pair of Westone Pro X30's I would rate the entire system 3 stars based alone on the in ear monitors that come with the system itself.

I’m just the singer using the equipment. Our sound people installed and did all the configuring for use but I’m loving the clarity and ease of use. The freedom to move around without wires and still maintain amazing sound is quite liberating and freeing to worship without worry.

Using Shure IEM products for a while now.
It was time for an upgrade from my tired old psm 400 system that was not legal anymore.
Decided to go with this new system.
AMAZING sound quality, no drop outs, solid performance every weekend.
Would I purchase again, yes!
Rack mounted with other wireless units it holds it's own.
Metal body packing solid , battery life is average depending on how you set it up.
I use rechargeable lithium ion batteries and get about 4hrs out of a set,.
We play almost every weekend, average cover band.
These are the best!

This product I was hesitant on buying do to the price, but I will say so far it has been money well spent. It offers a vary clear and reliable sound when performing live. It is also nice to not have to be as concerned with your reception dropping out like you might with other units. The features that stood out to me when I first unboxed the unit was the build quality of the unit. The transmitter and body packs both feel well made and built to last. I also really liked how simple it was to sync the body pack to the transmitter. I didn't have to read the manual to figure it out. I've only had a few weeks, but I am very confident that this unit will last a long time. One thing about Shure products is they will last, as long as you take care of them.

This system really opens up the sound stage. My band does all digital practice. We have been using a mid grade headphone amp that was ok at best. It made everything a wall of sound. This system provides amazing audio even with the stock earphones. I would highly recommend this system. If you’re thinking about it just rip the bandaid off and go for it.

I have used a less expensive system in the past with less than desirable results. This system is great! I am able to hear exactly what I need for my performance. I am still trying different settings to find my optimal settings but, I would definitely recommend this system to others!

I love this in ear monitor system. My band recently switched from wedge monitors to in ear monitors. I could not be happier. I am a front man, acoustic and lead guitar player. In the past the band got so loud I cannot hear myself sing. I would leave the gig with my vocal cords strained and exhausted. Since the switch I can hear every note I sing and play. No more strained vocal cords. Some of my followers have also noticed the stage volume has been reduced as well. there are cheaper in ear monitor systems out there but I highly recommend investing a little bit more in yourself. You will not be disappointed in the system.

I have used several different systems over the years playing at church and this is by far the best one we have had. Units are extremely easy to use and setup. They also sound really great. Straight out of the box, they just make your mix sound better. I believe they use companding (I think that is correct) which I don't understand what or how it works, but it sounds like some compression to my ears and I really enjoy it. Nothing sounds harsh (unless you want to make it that way) and it is really full and punchy sounding. Don't know why I waited so many years to get one! BTW, it is definitely worth the extra money to get the better body pack!

This Shure system is awesome. It is an upgrade to my Shure PSM200 system which is still going strong...I just handed it down to a buddy in need that didn't have the funds for a new system. I wasn't needing anything better than the previous system but was quite pleasantly surprised at the enhanced response/fidelity! Yes you can go with the higher end systems at a significantly higher price, but if your are a gigging musician that's looking for above average fidelity/response and reliability then look no further...the PSM300 has it all! Of course fantastic service from AMS as usual.

I bought these from the recommendations from other band members. I was always reluctant to switch to in-ears because I had used monitor wedges for so long. When I used them for the first time I was totally blown away! The sounds quality is so good! I can control my mix from my phone to put want in there. It does take a little getting use to them but it’s well worth it. I recommend this product 100%

This is the best sounding unit. The best feature is the mix mode so you can tune the unit to a and listen to a different mix from 1 pack. I have had the unit for 3 months and would not own any other brand. The controls are easy and features even on the belt pack are many and easy to access. The ear buds 215s are more than adequate for the casual and pro user. I use the unit few times a week and it has been great.

The Shure PSM300 is a good choice for in ear monitors. My band plays every weekend & the Shure PSM300 do a fantastic job. In my opinion as a drummer, in ear monitors are the only way to go & the Shure PSM300 will not let you down.

Bes ear in monitor system for this price range. It is definitely a plus that this wireless system comes with a rack mount kit that will fit in a gator hard case. Also the amount of crisp volume that you can get out of this unit is wonderful. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the ear buds.

The set up is easy to do. The led is easy to see. The knob is easy to reach on the receiver. The belt pack clip is strong as needed for singers that are active on stage. Fantastic coverage as far as distance (no drop outs.) The clarity in tone is great!

This is a very solid setup, my entire band has them. One thing to note, spend the extra money and get this setup instead of the one with the plastic receiver. We have dropped ours once or twice and no damages with the metal ones.

Shure really knocks it out of the park with these in ears. Built to withstand my weekly live needs. The ear pieces come with many different sizes and materials for a very comfortable fit. I dont have a large budget but I have not regretted buying these yet and I have had them and been using them weekly for the last couple months. This is my 2nd set of psm300's and I would buy them all over again. They are very user friendly and easy to set up and go.

I have tried every wireless IEM that is on the market reluctant to spend such a large sum of money on the shure brand. I can now safely say that the money that I spent on the alternatives was money wasted and while I can make the money again I can never regain the time that I lost. Especially if you are a vocalist just save your money take out a loan borrow from friends and family sell plasma whatever you have to do and buy this unit.

My band was in the market to purchase an in-ear monitoring system and we heard many great things about the Shure PSM300. We've only used them during practice so far but I can already tell that this is a game changer! It was like a night and day difference being able to hear yourself as well as everybody else in the band and be able to easily adjust your own personal mix! Never had any drop outs and the receiver stayed nice and secure on each member (and we move a lot). The Shure ear buds that are included are really nice as well! I have nothing but good things to say about this unit!

AMS has done it again.. my personal monitor issues are over! The Shure PSM300 system is just what the Doctor ordered !! Extremely clear sound and versatile as well .. I can choose the mix that works best for me and custom tweak it on the fly. My vocals have never sounded stronger.. I am no longer struggling to hear myself so I don’t have to belt it out and blow my voice out ! Since I started using AMS I have piece by pice put together all the equipment for rehearsal, recording and live shows without breaking my bank... play now pay later... could not be happier!

Yes, you can get much more expensive systems than this, but you definitely get the most bang for your buck. The ear buds sound fantastic and have a lot of noise cancelation. They fit to my ears very well and don't fall out. I use these on stage, during rehearsal and I have also used them in the studio. My only wish is that they came with a rechargeable battery pack.
