This is a solid gig bag with a great price. I would not call the sides ‘hard’ though, really more ‘padded’ sides. Don’t get me wrong still a great bag, but you should know.

I bought this bag to be the nest of my Squier 70's vibe Jazz bass. First, the fit was perfect. I didn't break a sweat trying to put the bass I nor did it danced around inside during transport. The materials are high quality and looks and feel very well made. It has two compartments with enough space for cables, tools, notebook, etc.
All in all, a cost-effective, space-saving, cool-looking gig bag from SKB. Highly recommend it!
