I’ve been wanting one of these for the longest time. There are so many ways to use and program it. There are not only tama clips on you tube but other reviews as well that show how versatile this little jewel is. You can use it as a metronome and run it through in ears or just a simple click/light that you have hooked to your hats to start a tune. Make sure you purchase a mount as well. That’s one thing that is surprising about this was that the mount comes separately. I had an extra tama Tom holder that hooked to the hihat stand so I was good. It’s definitely a fun tool to have.

Got this for practice but ended up using it for live shows as well. Easy to read and easy to reach knobs make it simple to change values. I can program the entire set list and just scroll down. Great product

Excellent functions, plenty of volume for practicing on the drum set.I haven't taken it out to gigs yet so I can't comment on durability. It's the all-around best metronome I've ever used and with the mounting hardware I have it perfectly located on hi hat stand.
The Tama Tom mount is super solid and versatile but the mounting strap for the RW200 is not quite as solid or easy to attach. Hope it holds up; but that aside, I recommend this to any drummer looking for a really good metronome

I’ve been playing drums for 30 years and nothing has changed my playing more than utilizing the Tama RW200. This is a solid, programmable metronome utilizing 3 different click track sounds and digital time keeping. The rythym knobs control what type of beat you want and the LEDs provide a visual marker along with the audio. I utilize Shure in ear monitors with the unit and have never been more confident in my playing. The on board speaker provides adequate volume for practice pad use or perhaps playing a quieter instrument than acoustic drums, but, in my situation I amplify the sound through a Sabian drum mixer system. I play loud and hard and this combo gives me more than I need.
Some of the other great features on this include the tap tempo key. This is a button that allows you to tap out the tempo so you can either find the BPMs (beats per minute) with a recording or match the tempo of another musician so you can lock on to their time.
There are so many more features! A+++ product!

This is my second Tama Rhythem Watch. Use it for live gigs and practice. You can program 30 preset songs when playing live makes for easy gigs.
