Just amazing tones that can be dial from clean leads to warm crunch. The tone palettes covers most genres from blues, pop to rock. Pedal friendly (treble booster “wink”) I had it for months and been using it at church and had compliments about the sounds I’m getting with the Vox AC30. It has a Fx loop for time based effects, you can bypassed it if you wish to run your effects in front of amp and the best of all there is a switch on the back to attenuate volume and have bedroom levels and minimum stage noise, there is no noticeable loss of tone or use a reactive load for the same purpose. All in all this is just a great amp it has become my workhorse, great tone variety you just can go wrong

Fantastic to have it in a head and can be played at low volume unlike the the combo.. Just a great classic vox... ??
