The only thing that would have made this even better is another button for tap tempo, but it is actually good as it is. The reverb decay is different than your average reverb pedal, and it is a lot more ambient. The name is Ethereal, so I guess that is what it is shooting for. It achieves it well.

I’m running a H&K Tubemeister that doesn’t have reverb, so I figured I’d kill two birds with one stone.
This thing does exactly what I was looking for.
I would definitely recommend it. The delay is awesome, and the reverb goes from “barely there” to cave sounding with a twist of the knob.
Probably one pedal I’ll have on my board till the end.

I don't normally write reviews but I had to get on here and rave about this thing. The Wampler ethereal delay/reverb is pure fire. Let me start with the pros, I like the layout of the pedal, I like that the reverb is simple and one knob and gives you everything you need all in one dial from simple light reverb to cavernous black holes. The delay is everything you want to be all the way up to one millisecond, there's even a tone knob to adjust the tone of the delay feedback. The trails button is neat it's something very uncommon that you don't find on a lot of analog pedals. do yourself a favor pick this thing up and you will not regret it it's a One-Stop shop for delay in reverb. Brian lumpler and the team knocked this one out of the park!!!
And I love how easy it was to order from ZZ sounds. They are an amazing company with the best payment plan for the average Joe and working musician to have the dream gear we've always wanted at an affordable payment plan. If I could give this thing 10 Stars I would!!

GREAT PEDAL THAT HAS REVERB AND DELAY. ALSO HAS THE ABILITY TO DO THE QUARTER NOTE DOTTED EIGHT NOTE REPEAT THAT USUALLY REQUIRES TWO PEDALS TO ACOMPLISH, THAT SETTING SOUNDS ALOT LIKE THE EDGE FROM U2, IF THATS WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR THIS IS THE PEDAL FOR YOU!

This pedal can do anything from light small room verbs to the biggest cathedrals. Not only that but it has nice delays with a knob to add it in as loud as you want or as fast as you want. This pedal is a nice addition to my board. Had it about 3 months and it does what i need it to.

I cannot express how incredible this combo delay/reverb by Brian Wampler & Team is. I was blown away from the demos all over the web but when mine arrived I just could not stop playing. Just deep & lush layers that go on and on and on...It will send you into ambient echoing nirvana for days, Well done & Thank you.

The Ethereal Delay/Reverb Pedal by Wampler covers your reverb and delay options in one very light but powerful teal colored box. the pedal has the following knobs and options: A delay and delay mix knob. In the middle is a tone knob. Below the delay is feedback. There is one sole knob for the reverb. Also, 4 rhythm settings for the delay option and a 'trails' button on the side to activate when using the delay. This little powerhouse is powered by a 9 volt adapter(not included) Right away I was able to call up sounds reminiscent of surf, roots reggae, and space rock. It's a phenomenal pedal to add to your arsenal of tone options. I run my G n L legacy through this pedal into my Fender Bassbreaker 45 tube amp. Great glistening sounds and endless delay, reverb, and delay/reverb possibilities
The Ethereal Delay is a must have for any tone connoisseur. Go ahead and grab one and you will be blown away!

Great for just standard reverb and/or delay. Lots of special settings to give spacey and cathedral sounds. Idividual levels for each effect. Multiple delay types. Well worth the price as it replaces 2 pedals on your board, but gives many more variations that would require a third pedal.

I bought this to use with my Jet City 50h since it doesnt have a reverb.Played first gig with it last night,i added in just enough reverb and delay to fill up my sound(Only guitar player ).It made a world of difference and fattened up my sound think vh1 album.These seem well made and have a great warranty and great sound.

I was pleased to find such a warm organic sound and very easy to dial in both delay and reverb at the same time. Also at a price point that won't break the bank. Seriously great tone for a reasonable price. Two pedals in one. Thanks AMS for musical equipment for great prices.

I was a bit skeptical about this pedal having only owned 1 other Wampler pedal, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The ethereal is easy to dial in and has such a warm sound that I was impressed by how the sound quality alone. Go watch some videos and you will see how lush the tone landscape is and better yet I ditched my MXR carbon copy and made room for another pedal on my board. If you buy it and dont like it AMS is easy to work with on returns as long as you keep the OG box and packaging.
