I was mildly surprised at the ease of play. The action is spot on. Having owned a few Washburn guitars in the past I have always admired their playability. This guitar sounds amazing. I am very happy with the rich tone.. very glad I bought this guitar for sure

I bought this guitar a few months ago. The action out of the box was good. I haven’t seen a need for a set up to be done on it, but you may want to take it in for one. The curve for the strumming arm is a nice touch. I’ve found really no problems with this guitar. Fishman electronics are some of my favorite. The tone of the guitar is more of a lighter sound than I’d thought it would be but that can be changed once plugged in. The finish is nice all over, nice craftsmenship. All in all a decent guitar for some one looking to move up from their first guitar or as a home guitar.

Product Review
This guitar sounds great but the string height off the fretboard is too high. Turning the truss rod does not lower it enough. There is not enough meat on the bridge saddle to sand it down. May have already been sanded. Could be the neck was not set correctly. I wanted to return this guitar, but I've had it too long. Got busy and didn't realize I was past the time limit to return. Expensive mistake. I am not happy.

I am so happy that I bought this Washburn acoustic electric guitar. The built in tuner makes sure that I am always in tune while playing.
I bought this guitar with the idea of using it as my secondary guitar. I also have a Taylor cutaway. But, I find myself playing the Washburn more than my Taylor.
I have already recommended this guitar to a few friends who are interested in upgrading their guitar without buying the real expensive Taylor's or Martin's.
I have had this guitar for about six months now and I play it almost everyday. I am beyond thrilled with this guitar and so happy I made this purchase.
The best feature of the guitar other than its tone, would be the built in tuner. I like to change tunings from Drop-D to Open E or Open G. Having the tuner right there on the guitar makes it so easy and able to get in tune in under a minute.
I most likely will always buy a Washburn in the future if and when I need a new guitar.
I am beyond happy with this purchase and the product I got!

I'm still breaking this one in, but for the price it's a very good guitar. Out of the box, the action was a little high for my tastes, but as I said, I'm still breaking it in. Since I still haven't broken it in yet, I'm leaving the truss rod Allen key alone... for now. A minor fix to be sure.
My other acoustic is a 1958 Martin D-18 and this guitar compares quite favorably to it. It has a great resonance right out of the box, and, for $800 and change, it's simply a great guitar. It's physically beautiful, and although I haven't had it long enough to make a definitive call, I do love the comfort feature on it. For the money, what's not to like?
