My only complaint about this seat is that it isn’t height-adjustable, however it is a fairly good height, even for my size. I’m 6’ 2” so it’s a little crowded, but probably fine. The surprising thing is that i weigh 235 and this inexpensive bench is rock-solid!

The seat is exactly what you are paying for. My weight is 225 so if you weigh anything above that because I fell like I’m at the threshold your not going to make it. The top is hard but perfectly made for some one that’s 200 and under!!!

Simple design, compact, perfect for the working musician! This is a really solidly constructed bench that will serve me for many years to come, it is extra wide with deep yet solid padding for firm support while playing. It is height adjustable and folds up easily and neatly for transport and at $29.99 it's a real deal! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a reasonably priced bench that will get the job done at home or on the road.

I love how sturdy this bench is. I also love that it doesn’t have all the adjustments. You have to screw it off and back on to adjust. Which sounds like a pain, but also makes it feel much more sturdier.

This bench encases 2 things: value and comfort. It is extremely comfortable, but it isn’t some soft, lightweight junk. This is a quality, durable bench! I really can’t recommend it enough; worth every penny, I use it to play keys or just about any instrument where I need to sit!

Decent bench for keyboardist.. Not as sturdy and robust as I what I would have expected from a Yamaha brand but for the money it will do. When raised to its highest level it feels a little unsteady but I will still keep it.

When I ordered this bench I didn’t expect it to come out with this kind of quality and that much cushion. I usually use a round bench by now I’ll change my style. Great bench for the studio, though I wish it had one more setting so it would be taller. For stage purposes, it really doesn't break down (flatten out) for transport very easily. But all in all it's worth the money.
