Great for adding a unique sound to the mix. The only problem with uniqueness is that this isn't a very versatile cymbal.
Typical Zildjian quality.
I like the quick oriental-splash effect it adds. The problem with effect cymbals in general is that there is the possibility of over-usage (unless you're going for a more experimental sound).
Somewhat of a cross between a Chinese and a splash. Kind of a "thin", rapid decay sound.
Brilliant finish. The red lettering makes it stand out from traditional black ink. I suppose there's a slight risk of annoying people who increasingly take offense to the term "oriental".
Runs about the same as a typical splash cymbal.
