Product Review I was hesitant buying a cymbal online without trying it first but I was pleasantly surprised by it. Super dry with great sustain. This is my K cymbal from Zildjian but definitely won't be my last. Luckily AMS takes payment plans haha!

What more could you expect from Zildjian?

Product Review This cymbal is the definition of what the Zildjian k series is all about, a explosive but Dark sounding cymbal that gives its uniqueness that when you hit it you know exactly what it is. It will destinguish itself between the array of cymbals you might have easily!

Product Review I have played Sabian exclusively for years - decided to experiment with some K's and I am super stoked about playing, recording with this cymbal! Played first show with it and it is EVERYTHING I imagined and more - it speaks, loudly, softly and everywhere in between. Response is amazing, crash it, ride it - like butter! I'm goin in for more K's.

Don't Let The "Dark" Designation Deter You!

Product Review My review is of the 16"med-thin & 18"thin Dark crashes. Easy to describe the sound of these crashes - take the brilliant hi frequencies of the new "A" series, add in some low and mid-low frequencies, and you have the Dark crashes. Hi frequencies abound, and the additional lows give the cymbals a very "round" sound. VERY pleasing from the drum throne, but I doubt that an audience would be able to distinguish them from the new "A" series. Highly recommended, but don't expect the kind of "dark" sound you would get from an Istanbul, for instance.

Yes, very strong for a thin model. Not a perfect finish some spots in model but I didn't complain because once I heard the sound I was in love. Sound! Dark, powerful, Musical, many different tones throughout cymbal. Bell is nice but not overwhelming. Can be played loud or soft. Great for Recording. Warm wash and will give you chills every time. Your general opinion of this product. Amazed! Yes, the 19" is pricey in the 300 range but worth every penny. Can be used as a ride so it really kills two birds for me. Buy this Crash! Slight imperfections but quite beautiful otherwise.
